We had such a wonderful stay at Colinda Cabanas! Kari and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. The location is beautiful, right on the water with a dock, beach chairs and hammocks. There's a cafe and small store on site so we never wanted to leave but it is also walkable to everything Caye Caulker has to offer, and the free bikes were a great amenity. I wish we could've stayed longer and I hope we can return. Thank you!

Our stay at Colinda Cabana's was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, our accommodations and friendly service was exquisite. We chose a room with air conditioning. When we arrived our Hobbit House was clean and cool. Staff had even asked us before our arrival if there were any additional items they could get for us. By day 2, the bugs of Belize had found me to be a grand buffet. Kari helped me take care of the itch and pain with a local remedy and bug spray directions! I didn't have any more insect issues. Breakfast and coffee (perfect iced lattes) from the on site cafe were a treat. We cant say enough about how much we enjoyed Colindas and the staff that makes this a 5+ star place to stay. Thank you to Kari, Shea & Emilita for all you do!

This was a great find for us. Walking distance to everything, or a 5-dollar golf cart ride. Quiet, yet convenient. The cabanas are very clean and well equipped, although in room coffee would be nice. They do have a coffee shop onsite. If you want some in your room, pack it or buy it at the local store. We really enjoyed the private dock to relax. It has some shade and you can swim, others did, we choose not to. I did see a small crocodile swim past one morning, when he saw me, he got scared and swam away. Locals live on one side and a small resort on the other. Very short walk to the airport for day flights, the other direction gets you to everything else. Final words… The people are very nice and super helpful. In the evenings and overnight Antonio sits out and watches the property.

I cannot say enough good things about Colinda Cabana's. After spending 10 days here and checking out other properties on the island, we will never stay anywhere else. Not only is the property beauitiful, it is emaculate. The owner Kari and the entire staff, go out of their way to ensure their guests are taken care of 100%. There is a cute bungalow cafe on site to enjoy several coffee and breakfast items. There are many less expensive places on the island but remember, you get what you pay for. I cannot express enough how fabulous Colinda Cabana's are. Don't forget to ask Kari about any special occasion packages to decorate your room. I have been to 14 countries now and Belize is in my top 3. Colinda Cabanas is also on the very TOP of my list. Thank you to everyone at Colinda for making our vacation one that will never be forgotten. You all are one in a million!

Kari and her staff were incredibly welcoming and had messaged us several times to keep in touch and see if they could help with anything. The spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious cabanas are situated on a beautiful, quiet beach. There are plenty of areas to sit either on your own balcony, the pier or the beach. Bikes and water toys are readily available. Colindas is a short beach walk into the village where the restaurants and shopping are handy, good value and the food is delicious. Colindas has a little bar with great drinks and quick grab n go food. We will definitely recommend Colindas Cabanas to anyone staying at Caye Caulker and can’t wait to return. There were just 2 of us but this is an ideal spot for families as well.

Colinda Cabanas was by far the best place to stay on Caye Caulker. The location is ideal along the sea, and the cabins are far enough away from the town center to provide a quiet and peaceful experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are extra perks like bicycles and refrigerators in the units. We got to know Antonio, who watches the place at night and he gently requests the nearby music be tamed when it’s time to sleep. The private dock and beach chairs make for a perfect place to relax and read. There are hammocks and a kayak available as well. It really was a perfect way to start a two week vacation in Belize.

We stayed for 3 nights in a lower cabana in the front facing the water. It was a wonderful view, and sun rises were spectacular. It was really comfortable and "homey." Kari was so welcoming and helpful, as were all of the staff. These are really nice accommodations. We appreciated being away from the more built up part of the island. Much quieter here. Very peaceful and relaxing. And Kari was great at arranging taxis from and back to the ferry. There were lots of little extras, like bicycles, snorkeling gear, and great suggestions of restaurants, tour boats, etc. We enjoyed meeting other guests as well. If I come back to Caye Caulker, I would definitely stay here again!!

A friend and I spent 4 nights at Colinda Cabanas. It is a beautiful boutique resort with lovely 2-story cabanas and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean and distant reef from a long and attractive pier and (walled) beach. The proprietor, Kari, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, as were her very efficient and friendly staff (especially Emelita and Kari's daughter). This site is private and quiet, far from the Downtown lodging options, but it is very walkable or bikeable (using free bikes provided by Colinda) to all restaurants and bars on Caye Caulker (south). It is very safe, too, as they have night security watching over the property. Although we had a few days of rain while there, it was lovely, warm and refreshing.

Kari and Shay are wonderful and the cabana we stayed in #6 was so cute and provided all we needed - wish we had planned to stay longer as the private beach, free bicycles to get around the island (a must) and cute/friendly island was just what we needed! Their little cafe offered yummy snacks, try the pineapple yogurt smoothie for a pick me up. They are very close to 'town' and gave us great tips on where to eat/see things - Pelican Sunset bar did have the best ceviche on the island!

This place is an absolute gem! The cabanas are beautiful with all the amenities you would need. I stayed in both the ocean front which was bigger and had a full kitchen and also the garden cabana which was set-up with fridge, toaster, coffee and utensils. A week prior to my trip, Kari checked in with me and offered to stock my room with groceries and also book at taxi for me from Caye Caulker Airport. I took her up of both. Tropic Air put me on an earlier flight and I sent a message from BZE airport, expecting to need to wait a bit when I landed, but Peter was there ready to greet me. They have a cafe on site and offer coffee/tea and croissant in the mornings. They even did laundry too. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay with them again the next time I'm in Caye Caulker.
