My Mother and I spent 10 days here for her 60th birthday celebration and we couldn't of picked a better place! We spent most of our days scuba diving in the pristine ocean surround Turneffe Flats. Our guide and Captain were very knowledgeable of the abundance of sea life we saw everyday. Many days we had dolphins guide our boat...

We visited Turneffe Flats last week with our family of four (daughters age 9 and 11) along with several families and other friends we've known for years. The trip came about because the amazing guys at Anderson and Platt Fly Fishing in Dillon Montana were planning a fly fishing trip to TFlats and several of us fishermen were eager to...

We spent 11 days at Turneffe Flats Lodge in January 2017 and came back with our daughter in March. We spent 6 days guided fishing and a total of 6 days snorkeling. It is a 90 minute boat ride on a 47' offshore boat, but it seems extremely remote. This is one of the healthiest coral reef systems on the...

This is a special place in a remote part of Belize. The accommodations are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Especially since you are miles from anywhere. This is truly a fisherman's paradise. I went for the snorkeling which was equally amazing. If you want glitz and glamor this is not for you. The owners and management cater to people who...

Turneffe Flats is a perfect resort for divers and fishermen. The beach chalets and resort meals are excellent and so is the dive facilities. The dive master and skipper navigated to the best diving spots around Turneffe Athol, including the famous Blue Hole. Highly recommended!!

If you are looking for a beautiful lush romantic resort with diving and fishing this isn't it. If you are looking for a fishing lodge with below average food and no amenities or attention to detail this is your spot... Fish, & drink beer. Diving is available but dives tend to be short and shallow except Blue Hole. The dive...

Hello John, We were very sorry to hear your experience at Turneffe Flats was not as you had anticipated. I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our communications. As you booked this trip on short-notice, I recall explaining that the only guest room available was a 3-Bedroom Villa, and that this would require sharing a common space with...

We spent a week here, could have stayed longer. The diving was excellent. Water was 79F so we added a vest to our 1mm wetsuits to stay warm. We were out 6 days and did not see other dive boats except on the Blue Hole day. We were spoiled by having only 5 divers on a large boat with an...

Not crowded. dove 6 days, 5 divers for 3 days and only 2 divers for last 3. Large boat, easy exit and entry. Saw large green free swimming morays, nurse sharks followed you around, saw logger heat turtle, hawks beak, eagle rays, reefs beautiful and very well preserved. Water about 81 deg. The is also a common room where dinners are provided. The food is excellent. Most people seem to go here for fishing, but don't look past the snorkeling and...
