Host and location are great for relaxation. Close to trips to Tikal and ATM caves. Bed comfortable , restaurant fabulous, outdoor showers very cool in the morning when waking up. This gets you outside of a hotel and gives you a true Belizean country side experience.

After a quick passage Chetumal went to Belize. This place was recommended to us by our friends. The place is beautiful, the facilities are very clean and green. The service is wonderful and they are totally at your service. We had an excellent night. We made many additional ecotourism activities to our stay.

Wanting to escape The Snowpacalypse 2015 (in the Northeastern US), my friend and I embarked on a trip to the lovely, warm country of Belize. Our goal was to spend the first half of the trip getting down and dirty inland in the jungle and relax on the cayes after. I think we just might be the only non-couple to have... More

We visited Belize for the first time in April. Wolf's place was recommended by our friends, who visited last year and raved about it. First of all, Peter and Petra make you feel very special. They are kind, warm people that pay close attention to their guests all needs and wishes. They strive to accomodate and help with any questions... More

We stayed at Wolf's again on our second trip to Belize - Once again everything was perfect, from the neatness of the cabin and property surroundings to the delicious food we ate at McWolfs. Peter, Petra, Inmanuel, Martha and Georgia's hospitality, second to none, made us feel home and left us wishing we had spend more time with them. We'll keep... More

Wolf's Place, just a simple jungle lodge. I seek just an inexpensive lodge to place my head at night. I did not expect much but found much more. Clean and decent with authentic thatched roof, mosquito netted bed, and a shower open to the stars above. It's tiny little outdoor restaurant, open at my schedule not theirs, catered to my... More

We have been looking for a place outside of San Ignacio because we had our own car and didn't want to stay in the "city". We have stayed three nights at Wolf's Place and even came back for one night on our way back because we still had to visit Xunantunich and the great saturday market in San Ignacio which... More

We had a very warm and friendly welcome at Woolfs Place and loved every minute of our stay. Emmanuel was very helpful driving us to different sites to explore and he was very knowledgeable. The room was rustic and food was good. We liked lying in the hammock watching the small birds coming to drink at the bird table.

When my brother and I went to Wolf's place we didn't expect what we experienced. We did not feel much like tourists but still we had perfect organized trips. With our guide Immanuel we spent some perfect days around. Since he's a good driver we always felt completely save - even if the roads seemed to not exist. ;-) Peter... More

We could not have asked for a more wonderful place to stay. Peter and Petra's hospitality is unmatched. Emmanuel was a delight to spend time with, too. The eco cabana was absolutely stunning. Everything was cleanly and cozy, we were really made to feel at home. We had Peter book all our tours for us, which was easy, and much... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
My 4 Cabanas have electricity, wifi and fans. 3 have outdoor showers and toilets and 1 has an indoor shower and toilet. My location is perfect for exploring many Belizean attractions and adventures. I am located directly on the George Price Highway, only 10 miles from San Ignacio to the West and Belmopan to the East. A settlement of the modern Mennonites is 7 miles to the north. Directly opposite flows the Belize River. A palapa covered area with hammocks and a picnic table offer a place to relax. My restaurant with a thatched-covered dining area, guarantees good food and cold drinks all day. ... more   less
