We spent one night here, choosing Belmopan because it is relatively close to the airport without being Belize City, and choosing this hotel because it was comparatively inexpensive and supports Belize Bird Rescue, a worthy cause. On the plus side, the rooms are air conditioned and the staff with whom we dealt were friendly and helpful. On the minus side,...

We got the last available room of the evening when we phoned ahead at dusk. We were returning to Belize City to fly out the next day. The room had two twin beds that had absolutely no cushioning over the springs; literally just the cloth mattress cover. The one redeeming factor was that each bed came with soft king size...

Great price, room is nice, right below a restaurant and a short jaunt to anything else you want. The staff is friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. If you are staying in Belmopan you cant do any better.

There are some things that I want from any hotel. I don't need fancy. What I need first and foremost is clean. Then I need a convenient location so that I can walk anywhere I need to go. A great restaurant and bar is a must. Finally, a comfortable bed. This remarkably well priced little family run hotel scored top...

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been at. I’ve stayed at Hibiscus hotel for almost a week, in a business travel. There are not many options of hotels in Belmopan, but I don’t recommend the Hibiscus. Try to find another one. The rooms are not bad, they’re big and with a good bed. Good TV channels selection. You can...

This hotel is next to two open air markets and the bus station. The area is heavily patrolled by Police because it's The nation's capitol. The proximity to all the government buildings makes the area very safe. The hotel has very nice clean rooms. There is free WIFI. There will usually be black birds right outside. The courtyard is home...

We have been to the restaurant several times during our years going to Belmopan, it's the best dining we've found in the city, great wine selection which is difficult to come by in the country and the owners are wonderful people, always accomodating. As a last minute thought this year we decided to take a room before travelling on. The...

Checking in was easy, staff was friendly enough and swift. It is located near the bus terminal, couple of places to eat nearby. It is well equipped with TV, AC, coffee and tea, water and a little electric kettle. It is a nice touch. The bed was large, bathroom was spotless and nice. The ceiling fan had some caked dust...

This boutique hotel has only 6 rooms. I have stayed in the king rooms. The rooms have nice tile floors, individual AC units, tub/shower combination, hair dryer, a work table with two chairs, a wardrobe/closet, WiFi and Cable TV. They also have a back door opening to a grassy open (shared) area if you want to take your chair and...

From the airport or returning this place is a must stop over. Early departure gets us anywhere in the south and Guatemala, half the time we head out the Humming Bird to the coast and have the rest of the day to settle in. Very secure area, police are next door and its fairly quiet. ATM walking distance. AC'd room...
