We enjoyed this hotel for three nights before heading out to Thatch Caye. The staff were nice, and the restaurant was wonderful! Great meals every day. We had an upstairs room with a/c and a wonderful balcony facing the water. Great place to enjoy the hammock and the view. Lovely place to stay in Dangriga!

Spent one night there and it was very well worth it; very comfortable and the view of the sea is great from the veranda. Staff was very nice and helpful. Even though we had no reservations, they were able to accommodate at a very reasonable rate.

Came to Belize a day early to make sure we got there to catch boat to Isla Marisol on Saturday. Isla Marisol made reservation for us here. Staff was very friendly, room was clean with good AC which we needed. Great location near airport but noise was not a problem. There is the Chinese Store within a few minute walk...

We spent 2 days in the hotel. It is located directly on sandy beach under the palm trees and in some distance to Dangriga. If you have a room with an ocean view, you will wake up because of the sound of the waves and the wind and enjoy the sunrise every morning! The ocean view rooms are ok, somehow...

We stayed here for two separate nights, bookending our trip to the sister Pelican Beach resort at South Water Caye. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Food was very good. Staff was capable and reasonably responsive. However, the staff was not very friendly, especially in the restaurant.

I just got back from here and had a fantastic time. I stayed here for 5 nights with a group from my University and it could not have been more perfect! Let's start with the bad first, my AC broke the last night unfortunately and the shower was only warm for about a minute each time. The beach is not exactly...

We spent a total of five nights at Pelican Beach. Four nights were in room 19 in the back/new building, one night in room 10 in the front/original building. The location, at the North end of town and on the waterfront, can't be beat. We enjoyed walking along the water and out onto the pier. The staff at Pelican Beach...

We unfortunately were only able to stay one night at the Pelican but we enjoyed great food, a lovely breeze and a wonderful beach view. We were able to watch the sunrise from our balcony and after a great breakfast we relaxed on the pier. In Dangriga we visited Marie Sharp's hot sauce factory and the Garifuna museum and really...

Pelican Beach Resort was the only place to stay in Dangriga. It is a lovely basic but clean and comfortable resort next to the ocean. The room views are great and the restaurant is right on the beach. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is on the edge of town near the airport. It is an easy 10...

We stayed here for a night before heading over to their South Water Caye location. The property is very well-maintained and lots of birds can be found on it. If you're a birder, you may like it. You can also find little lizards and large iguanas. There is no beach to speak of, but there is a dock. The service...
