It says hotel in the name, but Dai Nonni is really a medium sized bed and breakfast. The facility is a well-kept family home that has been renovated. The atmosphere and furnishings are quaint and comfortable. But it is the staff's doing any and everything possible to make your stay as perfect as possible that makes this hotel a place...

I'm really happy that I chose to spend the night here after flying into Guatemala City from London. After a long flight and late arrival (after 10pm) I was grateful for the airport pickup service, and I was even more grateful for the the warm welcome and fresh juice I received upon arrival. The room and bathroom were huge very...

This place is a real jewel. The room was very comfortable and tasteful, and it faced a gorgeous garden with a table and benches where I drank my coffee in the morning amidst birds and flowers -- utter bliss. The staff are very helpful and friendly, but I don't know how their English is as we spoke entirely in Spanish....

5 minutes from the airport. Super friendly staff. Brought us juice to the room when we arrived and coffee and breakfast boxes when we checked out early for our flight--all free. Rooms were nice and clean. Fridge in the room. Cool decor. Would recommend. Got in late and checked out early so didn't have time to explore property

We stayed here for a couple days en route to Antigua, Tikal etc... Can't express how excited we were to return. The staff are lovely, the room comfortable (in the far back room we had a fridge which was nice as the grocery store is very close) and quiet, clean and cozy. Dai Nonni was well run. We stayed for...

There was a refrigerator in the room, which was nice. The beds were comfortable made for a good nites sleep after a long day...

I waited a bit to write my review so the whole experience would settle because my final day here was a bit of a disaster. Now that the last part doesn't color my whole experience, here are my thoughts: Pros - room was bright & clean; I have a bad back & the bed was comfortable (I bring my own...

The staff is professional and willing to help with whatever arrangement you need. My room was quite spacious, there was a good selection of channels on the cable system, the desk was nice to work at and the internet was fast. Plenty of hot water and all of the amenities you need in the bathroom. I arrived after dark and...

Arrived at Dai Nonni expecting to spend 4 nights there but ended up leaving early due to a few issues. First issue was no hot water the first day which I see was mentioned in another poor review. We were told something was turned off and had to be turned on by handyman or someone. Second issue was minor, there...

When I go to Guatemala City it is on one or the other end of a flight. I want a quiet, reasonably priced, clean place to sleep. I also want it close to the airport for ease of travel the next morning. Dai Nonni fits this bill and then some. The room has all the amenities of a fancier hotel...
