I had a very good experience at this lovely hotel. I arrived a bit early for my reservation, but Sandra at the front desk allowed me to leave my bags at reception until my room was ready. There’s a lovely restaurant on the rooftop where I waited for my room. Also, a very modern mall just an easy five minute walk away to kill time.
The room was perfect for me. Super hot shower with large rainfall shower head, which was well appreciated after spending a week in San Marcos with no hot water. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. No problems with Wi-Fi, but it is Guatemala and as a rule, doesn’t tend to be perfect.
Sandra recommended places where I could dine solo and she helped me with a very early shuttle to the airport (4:45 am) which took about 10 minutes.
This hotel is also located in an upscale district in Guatemala City with several dining and shopping options. As a single woman, I felt safe at all times.
I would chose this hotel again if I come back to Guatemala City. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. Well done!

It is amazing to feel melancholy when leaving the Hotel, I say that because those who work there, really make you feel at home!!! Those of us who travel frequently and for long periods of time know what that is and how important it is. I take this opportunity to thank you most sincerely to : *In security to Baltazar and Leonel, always attentive to one, both at the exit and at the entrance. ♪ In the cleaning service to everyone, but especially Pedro and Sindy, they always had a smile, a good chat... A helping hand to make things easier for you. *At the reception to jessica and Fernanda, thank you very much for all the information and recommendations, as well as always being willing to help and above all solve... And here I want to make a special hiatus for a person who stands out for his attention, knowledge, professionalism and empathy, that person is jessica, in my view she is a potential Manager, knows her city, knows the work and the hotel service and how it should be, also that her English denotes elegance and height being a British English.
In conclusion, the Immaculate Hotel is not a "sleeper", there they provide you and offer you one of the best experiences of stay in Guatemala City. The hotel is wonderful, it is nice and tidy, it provides peace and quiet... But a hotel is not physical, but its people, hopefully the owners know how to take care of their staff and encourage them, because they have very good intellectual capital there.
Pdt, Let the DEROGATORY looks of a single person, do not stain the good image generated by their workers.

I had the pleasure to stay in this hotel for a week. The hotel staff is very helpful and very friendly. My luggage was brought to my room as there is no escalator. I felt safe at the hotel the whole time.
The room was nice and very clean. The cleaning lady did a very good job and folded my clothes perfectly. Unfortunately, mainly during the night, the sinks in the bathroom began to smell ugly, so I stood up and put on the shower, and toilet...to work against the smell.
There is a beautiful garden in the mid of the hotel. Very nice, with birds singing. An Oasis after a busy day.
The breakfast was in the rooftop garden and serviced fresh a la carte each morning. Very tasty! Great view! Like on holiday. Unfortunately there is no English menu, but a nice waiter translates the Spanish menu into English.
Transport to the Airport was perfectly arranged.
The SPA treatment I had was a professional experience but given in a cold shadowed room so that the spa lady had to put a lamp on her lap to see what she is doing.

La Inmaculada is a modern gated property with some cute art displayed all over. I spent one night there before my morning flight. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 pm and the room was not ready, which I expected. But it was not ready until so much later that I had time to explore the area around, to have lunch at the rooftop restaurant, to visit the nearby Oakland Mall and a supermarket returning 3 times to check if the room was ready and every time I was politely offered to wait in the lobby for "15 min". When the room was finally ready, it did not look like it was recently cleaned, it obviously needed more housekeeping care, especially corners of the bathroom floor.. Breakfast wasn't included with my reservation and staff suggested that I added breakfast for $10, which I didn't need thanks to visiting the supermarket.
The airport shuttle is included only with reservation on Booking.com. Since I booked with Hotels,.com I paid $10 for the shuttle.

This is a very cute boutique hotel in the heart of Guatemala City, located in zone 10 which is super close to a lot of shops, restaurants, malls, bars, etc. The hotel and the staff are really nice, The only thing I would say is that the beds are kind of small for a couple and the shower leaks outside the glass walls. But other than than it's pretty comfortable, good price and delicious breakfast!

This hotel is just a basic, average place. The bed was comfortable but otherwise, I'm a bit flummoxed by all the five-star reviews. I had a very mixed experience from the staff. Check-in was rude, that's all there was to it. We were refused a checkin a moment before 3pm, which, alright i get it. but it was not done in a friendly way. And when we return at 2:30, another staff member is checking other guests in. The rooms are very basic; there was not even a coffeemaker or tea kettle. There was a TV but no clock, there are not bidets as claimed, and the battery on our room lock was out, so we had to deal with a hassle during our short stay. The area felt safe and there are some nice little places to eat, but not much is happening. The gate/security guard are fine, but I'm not used to someone having to race over and let me in and out everytime I enter and exit a place, and I didn't really like it. My husband said his breakfast was 'ok.' I'd try another place on a return trip, but that said, if I go back to Guatemala I'm not staying in Guatemala City, where I didn't feel there was a lot to do.

Great stay at this very comfortable Zone 10 boutique hotel tucked in a residential neighborhood, yet close to shops and restaurants and malls. Delightful garden and small restaurant further help the atmosphere. The service is terrific, and highly helpful. They also have free breakfast and pickup to or from the airport, which is only about 10 minutes away.

Was just at La Immaculada last week (Jan 2020). It's small, intimate and very elegant. A real boutique hotel, with warm wood decor and lots of plants. Rooms are spacious and modern. Beds are large and OH SO VERY COMFORTABLE!! (So important, especially on a business trip to get a good night's rest). Baths are modern and chic. And you hear abstolutely NO outside traffic noise! It's a very quiet neighborhood, with Embassies nearby. Front desk staff is very kind, polite and helpful. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food or service. I enjoy exploring the neighborhoods around my hotel but there really isn't anything to see around the hotel. Just a small little park (more of a large sitting area) just outside the hotel. The neighborhood is clean and safe (which is important), but no parks, plazas, churches or anything cultural. There are several really nice restaurants and eateries, and even a really elegant and comfortable bar (but nicer than just a bar) that are within a couple of blocks away. We looked forward to our dinners at the nearby restaurants. Only 'heads-up' I would share is that in the morning they provide you with a complementary coffee. My colleague wanted a coke instead - and they charged her $4 for a small bottle of coke!! So if you enjoy a carbonated soda in the morning, bring your own! Also, on my last day I wanted to visit the Cathedral and plaza. The hotel said they could arrange for a ride - for 300 Quetzals (at $1US : 7.6 Qs, or about $43.00 US). An Uber cost me 31 Qs (or $4.50) and got to the hotel in about 1 minutes. Catching an Uber back was just as easy and it picked me up right in front of the Cathedral. So, bottom line, this will be my hotel for Guatemala City evey time I go back (as well as for the organization for which I work). It's small, clean, warm, comfortable, quiet, elegant, friendly, with great restaurants nearby. My ideal hotel would be all this but near the cultural district (so I could get out and go explore), but everyone told me that it's not safe to go out in the evening around the cultural district. So a hotel there wouldn't do me any good since the evenings are the only time I have to get out and explore). Totally wonderful, delightful and relaxing stay!!

We used this hotel as a last night before flying back home to US. It was a great hotel located close the airport. The concierge was very helpful in helping us schedule our covid test along with airport transfers. The rooftop restaurant was great and had excellent food options. Would stay here again.

This place is clean and modern and filled with plants. My room was spacious with beautiful hard floors and a simple marble bathroom. Shower had great water pressure—and I say this is a New Yorker! Front desk staff were super nice and helpful. The service at breakfast was a bit uneven (it would help to have a written menu with all the offerings); some days there were juice and plantains on offer, others not. Some days I was charged for a second hot beverage, others not. The highlight is the excellent house masseuse Astrid who provides one of the most attentive sports/stretch/deep tissue massages I have ever had (including Europe, Asia, USA, S America). I loved it so much I did it two days in a row. There is also a nice little sunny rooftop garden where I did yoga, though I found it on my own. This place is a bargain.
