I had booked a room with them directly through Wyndham for a week stay. When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation and said they were booked for the next few days. I showed them a copy of my reservation and they claimed that it was a computer glitch. I ended up staying at another hotel for 3 nights and ended up coming back to the Days Inn because of the price. They charged me for a week. Upon checkout, they charged my credit card again for another week. I was in communication with them for several weeks as they acknowledged their mistake and promise to reimburse my card. The reimbursement never came. They still owe me $600. I disputed the charge with my credit card company but because of it being a foreign transaction, they were unable to reverse the charges. I recommend to everyone not to stay here. The only positive was the breakfast and the server. But they did nothing to compensate for not honoring my reservation and then still ripped me off in the end. …

In piena emergenza coronavirus ho trovato molti alberghi chiusi , ma sono riuscita a prenotare il Days Inn. Arrivo con il taxi dal dipartimento di Izabal e trovo chiuso! Spiego alla guardia di sicurezza dell'albergo che ho una prenotazione confermata con tanto di pagamento e lui mi dice che l'albergo è chiuso da un mese. Telefona alla gerente che cade dalle nuvole. Brevemente mi dice che potrà venire ad aprire ma solo dopo un paio d'ore. Ho trovato un altro albergo. È la seconda volta che ho problemi di prenotazione con questo albergo. Spero che cambino il sistema, ma io comunque non mi ci avvicinero' più

I arrive for just 4 hrs nap...300 am was arriving and 800 am somebody will pick me up for a short trip to the airport...I ask a wakeup call just in case...they forgot it...because the noise and cold room ( they did not find the air coditioner nor the tv controls) I just wake up because the conversation of the same hotel personal outside my room...I went to the restaurant to breakfast and a rude waitress told when I ask for service that I was in the only table without service...terrible!!!

Este hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, muy limpio y cómodo, los empleados muy amables y siempre dispuestos ayudar en todo. Lo que sentí muy sencillo fue el desayuno que ofrecen en eso me quedo debiendo pero por lo demás me encanto.

This hotel is centrally located in US related area, All the US food chains are nearby and some are right in front of it. We just stayed there for 1 night before we headed out for monterrico. Bfast was nice but they didnt offer it for our kids,event though the cost included 2 kids.

Somente pontos positivos para este hotel. Excelente localização, próximo a dois shopping centers e num bairro super tranquilo. Recepção sempre muito atenciosa e um bom café da manhã. Muitas pessoas preferem ficar hospedadas em Antigua, mas para o meu caso, 4 dias na cidade, ficou mais fácil programar três passeios de um dia para Lago Atitlán & Chichicastenango, Tikal e um city tour por Antigua e Guatemala City. Esta foi a melhor base, até mesmo por sua proximidade do aeroporto - 10 minutos. Além disso, o hotel possui traslado gratuito de/para o aeroporto.

Days Inn was booked through the Days Inn Website. I booked a room for 3 nights on line. I was over charged and the hotel manager didn't care. Many excuses but no offer of a resolution. The only thing good was the breakfast. Rooms were noisy from street traffic. No elevator

De nuevo, el Days Inn fue una opción rápida y acertadas. Es la segunda vez en que me hospedo. Me dieron una habitación doble por un excelente precio, más barato que el Stofella (86 dls vrs 112). Era muy grande: contaba con dos espacios: uno como sala y área de trabajo y el otro de las camas. Los desayunos siguen siendo limitados a la carta. Pero siempre tienen ese lindo detalle de poner una canastita con Champurradas. Como mujer de negocios, es importante la presentación, así que el Days Inn tenga en sus instalaciones un Salón de Belleza me resultado genial.
