This place is the absolute best from start to finish. The decor - niiiiice. Photo ops at every turn. The rooms … a dream. There’s endless special touches from it being a smart room with personal touches of a welcome gift and each room represents a child that benefits from this hotel. The beds will swallow you up in comfort. The views, ahhhmazing. The restaurant/bar is a perfect environment to have a meeting or just chill. And as if this wasn’t enough, there’s more - the best eateries and markets are just outside their door. Without hesitation this is my preferred go-to place in Guatemala City. The staff are all so helpful as well.

You won’t find a better located hotel in Guatemala City. The staff was nice, there are all the amenities you could want, and the building feels extremely safe, highly recommend! It also helps knowing your money spent is going somewhere positive.

The rooms are very small, but that is not bad because their distribution is perfect and have all the elements needed to sleep and work at times during the day. Decoration and overall room design is perfect and has high quality materials. Comfy bed, although you can hear some noise from the street through the windows.

Lovely view with a green balcony where I can work whole day. Spacious bathroom with a powerful rain shower. Love the idea of separate shower from the toilet, and the sink opposite to both. Very comfy large bed with the smart hidden space fitted with 4 plugs to charge devices. Very helpful friendly team 24/7 in including the security guard . Rooftop gym and work space with basic equipment to suit my needs. Comfort food available in the restaurant with a view, a few more options next to the hotel including the famous bakery San Martin and even more eateries further down around the corner. Value for money, highly recommend!

Wonderful Hotel and fantastic service. I found the rooms to be very well-designed and kept impeccably clean. I was also impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff including the restaurant staff who offered tips and information to help ensure I got the most out of my stay in Guatemala City. I will definitely be recommending Good Hotel to friends and followers.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, everything brand new, and sound proof rooms which are a must in Guatemala. Cute little balcony where you can sit outside. Breakfast was amazing, the restaurant offers extremely tasty breakfast options! The two chefs were super nice and friendly and helped us a lot with tips for shopping and restaurants in the environment.

rooftop clients have view on your room... that's so inconfortable balcon's room doesn't have a view there is no door in the bath room, then water goes everywhere in the room... leak of microwave, iron, tv, fridge, ... very basic room for the price you pay

It should be called The Awesome Hotel, definitely one of the best stays in Guatemala City, lots of thing’s to do walking distance, friendly staff, excellent food, great balcony, wouldn’t change a thing.

For most of our trip we stayed in Hostels and thought we would push the boat out a bit for our last few days in Guatemala, I'm so glad we stayed at Good Hotel! Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and personable. The room was really lovely, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I really loved that this hotel uses its profits to fund schools in Guatemala and that they highlight local products in their bathrooms. The location was perfect, Zone 4 is arty and has a mix of commercial and independent restaurants and businesses, the hotel is also a small walk to some fantastic museums.
