Very bad transportation organization!! I wrote to the hotel via WhatsApp how they told me to coordinate transportation and they left me in the clear. Wait at airport. 30min until I get desperate and take my Uber!!! Upon arrival at the hotel very poor reception staff without smiling and dry! Two unfriendly and tactless men, all without explanation. Beautiful and very nice hotel. But terrible service checking in with 2 receptionists and 3 housekeepers next door where my privacy is. What a shame but I would never return this hotel for my customer service is the most

I write because although the location is magnificent and the hotel seemed good to me, although the cost was a little high. THEY TOOK THE DATA FROM MY CARD. I STAYED TWO NIGHTS FROM MARCH 10 TO 12. ON THE 10TH I PAID FOR DINNER WITH MY CARD. BEING THE ONLY PLACE SINCE I ARRIVED IN GUATEMALA WHERE I USE MY PLASTIC. TODAY THE 13TH I HAVE MORE THAN 10 ATTEMPTS TO CHARGE ONLINE PURCHASES AT WALMART IN GUATEMALA. SHEIN. COPPEL GUATEMALA AND OTHERS. I'M AFRAID TO REPORT TO THE RATHER RECEPTIONIST. THAT CARD IS NOT USE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES. AND THAT 7 TIMES 7 I WISH HE RETURNED THE EVIL HE TRIED TO DO TO ME. I WISH THE OWNER WOULD SEE THIS AND FIRE HIM. The best mattress encountered in Guatemala, super equipped room with everything that goes with a *** hotel
Very friendly, attentive staff who answered my questions,
Just a downside, despite having announced the time of my arrival, waiting in the street and at reception (there at least I had a comfortable chair and internet)
