I had booked the night I thought the Hotel looked nice! don't get me wrong the room wan clean and the bathroom had all the accommodations for special needs individuals, and staff was great. Except when I checked in, instead of paying the price that was giving through the booking done per Booking.com app we encounter that our price had change per the Hotel do charge Q 8.45 to a $1 so we payed more than we supposed and the price was not honored. Something should be said in advance regarding what the real charges are instead of being surprised at check in time...funny that all the other services were charged at regular currency..hummm What I truly enjoy was the food service and the Jacuzzi for it has an amazing view.

A contemporary hotel in a wealthier part of the city near the airport. Our room situated, on the fifth floor, was absolutely huge with enough space for a lounge area with sofa. A three piece shower room with a walk-in shower was very nicely finished.
A few areas of improvement for me - certainly not enough hanging space in the bathroom for towels; In addition, the lighting in the bathroom made it hard to shave without a shaving mirror. Finally no fridge & no ice.
The hotel is in easy reach of at least two swanky shopping/ dining areas that are absolutely first class.

This property has the habit of kicking guests out even though your payment has gone thru. On top of that, they do not honor the category that you have booked and do not refund the difference. To make matter worst, when their so-called revenue manager tried to mitigate and promised to revert after consulting with the hotel GM, they never revert. This property is also handling some gang-like events. During the event, they will allow those guests to make all the ruckus without considerations for the rest of the guests.

I have come here during the last 6 years. This hotel used to be good. Not anymore. Service: Airport pickup does not work, early check not ready although requested. Facilities: The gym looks like a construction site, the Internet is totally unreliable (if you dont pay 10 USD extra per Day!), the "pool" on the roof is not finished and the Terrain has to be found by using the fire stairs. Hammering and drilling sounds start at 8 AM. And if you ask reception for an umbrella, there are none. Recommendation: Use the Courtyard across the road instead.

Our flight to Guatemala arrived fairly late. Our shuttle driver was there to meet us as promised and whisked us to the Radisson. Our check in was quick and friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean. The was sooo comfortable after that flight. The morning breakfast bar offered a great selection of hot and cold food dished up by gracious servers. The coffee was fresh and delicious. We walked around a little outside after breakfast, but that might not be for everyone – there was quite a bit of traffic. when we returned we asked at the desk for two bottles of water. It was in our room before we were. Everyone was kind, efficient and helpful. Our friends picked us up and we were off to explore other corners of Guatemala.

I needed a getaway to relax in the city, and this was a really nice choice. View from the room was gorgeous, the room itself spacious, and the best part were the pillows: they have like six pillows of different sizes, so no matter what kind of pillow you like, they have it!
Staff was super nice and friendly all around.
I'll definitely come back to this hotel on my next escapade!

Nice clean areas, wonderful polite staff, I stayed in one of the suites which had an awesome view. The food was good. I was not able to use the Jacuzzi but at Rooftop area you will find it! You must first let the staff know you want to use the Jacuzzi which is open until 10PM.

The check in experience was the worst. I arrived at Guatemala at 11 am. I contacted the Hotel a day before asking to see if an early check in could be arranged, I was informed that in order to do so a $25.00 fee would be charged. I had been flying all night so I agreed to pay. By the time I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a young girl who gave me an attitude from the beginning, she told me that it didn’t matter that I had called before hand, that she couldn’t give priority to Anyone. Besides me another costumer was being check in and he was told he would be given priority since he was coming from a different town in Guatemala. They have shuttle but is not free and Uber is cheaper.
