Hotel's Favourite
This hotel was suitable for our very early flight the next morning.Modern clean and spacious facility. A number of restaurants and hotels in this area although most closed on Christmas eve. Our room on the 14th floor was very spacious clean and well appointed.Most staff were pleasant and helpful. In house restaurant was clean and reasonably priced with a limited menu. No problems staying here again .Earlier check in would have suited us better though. Double glazing would have been a bonus.

My wife and I stayed for a few days. The room was huge. Spotless . Everybody we met was kind and considerate. Very safe but we did not go out after dark . The room was on the road side and was a wee bit noisy . If you are a light sleeper may we suggest a room off the road . We highly recommend the place .

The hotel is good and the staff are extremely helpful and supportive. The reason the hotel takes 1 star is that I have been recommended a “good guide” by the hotel staff and I have trusted that recommendation. Only to find out that I was charged 250 Dollars Extra by the guide that they recommended me than the regular price!! I was shocked how could this happen and I would recommend people to bargain and negotiate any price being given to you and always compare prices without trusting what people say to you even in such a good hotel!

I’ve stayed at other hotels near by and by far this one has had a lower rating for me out of all. There are many things they can work on to make it better that’s for sure. Breakfast is ok, the place is nice.

The hotel is very conveniently located, it was very clean, which is what matters to me. I slept comfortably during my stay. They had very good internet connection. I would suggest providing shower caps, though ;)

My room had 3 double beds with a sofa and a huge TV. The view was straight into the Courtyard Marriott across the street. However it was very comfortable. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance. the Oakland mall and Dollar City are about 15 mins walk from the hotel.

Outlets in our room weren't working, but otherwise everything went smoothly. The room was very clean, the front desk staff was very helpful with our late night check in, and the breakfast had many options.

The check in experience was the worst. I arrived at Guatemala at 11 am. I contacted the Hotel a day before asking to see if an early check in could be arranged, I was informed that in order to do so a $25.00 fee would be charged. I had been flying all night so I agreed to pay. By the time I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a young girl who gave me an attitude from the beginning, she told me that it didn’t matter that I had called before hand, that she couldn’t give priority to Anyone. Besides me another costumer was being check in and he was told he would be given priority since he was coming from a different town in Guatemala. I looked at the gird checking me in and she just ignored me.
