Close to the airport. The rooms were spacious and clean. Check-in was quick and simple. We ordered room service, which took only a short amount of time and the food was delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience.

The hotel is very practical and the accommodations are consistent with the rates. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ideal for short stays or business. It is part of The Westin Camino Real so by paying an additional fee (USD10) you can use the facilities of the second one (swimming pool, gym...).

Excellent service. Hyper comfortable beds. I only felt a lot of noise in the morning because my flat neighbor puts on the radio very loud when he bathed and woke me up.
The breakfast waiter was very attentive brought me a banana for my diet with all the love in the world.

The hotel upholds cleanliness standards, but charges for every service (water bottle, dental kit) before providing them. Only one complimentary bottle is provided per day, with additional bottles charged at five-star hotel rates. The breakfast selection is minimal, with limited or no vegetarian options. My request for a cappuccino was declined, and I had to ask for a refrigerator. On the second day, the door was locked from the inside, requiring a call to security and maintenance. Overall, it does not offer value for the price.

The employees were friendly at all times. The room was clean and the bathrooms were impeccable. Very good beds and fresh, clean bedding. I recommend breakfast.
The location is unbeatable as it is close to places of interest and accessible transportation. It includes free parking which is very convenient.

I really liked staying here because the guest service is very good and the services they offer, although few, are of good quality. I really liked the breakfast they offer because I felt it gave me a good start to my day. From check in to check out I felt very relaxed and pampered.

I frequently travel to Guatemala and have stayed at this hotel countless times over the past 20 years, but I can no longer tolerate the experience. It's time for me to find a new place, and I strongly recommend you do the same. The front desk staff are not just unhelpful; they are downright rude, going out of their way to make your stay utterly miserable—I mean it, MISERABLE.

From the parking situation to room service and a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, every aspect of my stay has been a struggle. If you're looking for a taste of customer service purgatory in Zone 10, look no further than the Biltmore Hotel—you'll find plenty of it here.

From check in to check out. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I wanted to take the pillows home with me. The front desk was bilingual and helped me with a lot of planning and activities. My husband enjoyed the breakfast, but due to my diet I was limited in what I could eat. The gym has only cardio equipment, but I was told that you can go to the attached Westin and use their facilities gym for $10. Overall I definitely would recommend them.

In the heart of Guatemala City, this hotel was all we needed.
It is a more affordable option from the Westin Camino, but they are connected. Which means we had access to the amenities of the Westin. I found that to be a plus.
The staff was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable enough and very clean. Breakfast was very good. But room service was even better. The food came from the restaurant of the Westin which was delicious. But you also have many restaurants and shopping areas are walking distance.
I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Guatemala. Having a stress-free, comfortable, and accessible hotel is part of the enjoyment of vacation.

The staff members were all so helpful and polite, my room was spacious and clean, and the hotel in general was nice and quiet. The complimentary, buffet-style breakfast has a wide range of food and drink options. This will be my new go-to hotel when I'm in Guatemala City!

Just request a room with two beds and pay that fee - or the difference of one bed vs two and the baby will stay free. NO problem - the hotel is very helpful Best wishes!!
