Hotel is little old but still in good shape. They have one of the best breakfests which I had in any hotels. Room was very big with big bad, leaving room and kitchen. Very goos location, close to many restaurants

Since the first moment at check in the service was fantastic. Very safe, clean and luxury hotel. Rooms are big and perfectly clean. Breakfast included is a buffet full of Guatemalan delicatessen and superb coffee

Hotel typical of its kind, but staff could learn a bit of English for the desk and be helpful about what to do in the locality. Location is good, wide choice of restaurants and bars, and half way between the museums, close to airport too. The room was a full suite with very comfortable beds. Top floor gets noise from...

At the Mercure hotel in Guatemala City they love their policies and rules, but hate their customers. The lady at the front desk at my arrival was so rude, slow, unwelcoming and plain incompetent that I almost decide to leave. I had to communicate several times with staff for different issues (no bottled water in my room, wifi kept disconnecting...

This hotel is clean, nice and good. It is large room, bathroom little small. We stay here often with business. Might be last time as the extra cost is tremendous. Be very careful. The shuttle, they think, is worth 35 dollar. For 5 minutes ride one way. Take taxi for 6.5 dollar. The breakfast is simple and 16 dollar pp....

This has been the hotel I've stayed when visiting Guatemala for business. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the Airport. Not your usual hotel room. This hotel by far has bigger rooms when compared to others. Hotel offers shuttle service from and to the airport for a very small fee. Please beware of the deep shower tub. It...

Very nice and relatively new. In the heart of the heart. Modern and comfortable. Nice beds and plenty of pillows. Nice staff and a lot of them speak English. The elevators are room card operated but very small. Not a lot of parking when you first pull in. Very nice.

Room amenities were really good. Kitchen, Hall, Spacious wardrobes, comfortable bed, fast internet, etc. were quite satisfactory. The hotel is located in a very calm neighbourhood that it's not very comfortable to walk around the hotel at odd times. Food at the restaurant is decent enough.
