As a quiet big traveler I would have expect more from the room I booked. The advertising said wonderful view of the city…I was on the 3 floor with no view of the city, instead a view of a big construction ahead of the hotel. The restaurant was fine for the lunch, but the breakfast was just ok. The bathroom...

Is one of the best hotel in GUA, isn't so big, but you need of what you want. The only thing that I really missed is the pool, so I love to swim but this hotel doesn't has it. But the restaurant, the atmosphere, the parking lot, the service, the internet, and the room was splendid. If you really want...

Living to the motto of and authentic hotel experience they offer very spacious junior suites with soundproof windows that really allow for uninterrupted rest even in the middle of a traffic heavy Zona 10. Complimentary breakfasts very balanced and go beyond the continental style serving egg omelettes and hand made tortillas. All in all a wise choice if you are...

Stayed here 2 nights for business Hotel is located in Zone 10, which is very convenient location. Walking distance to Restaurant, Fast Food, Hard Rock Cafe, and 6 blocks away from Oakland mall. Upgraded into Privilege room. The only funny thing, this hotel gave complimentary coffee, but you have to pay for the sugar, cream etc for USD. 5 So...

I have stayed often in this hotel. The people are very nice and the rooms are excellent. The organization could be little better. I asked them several times to replace clock as was broken. In the end they never replaced. Checking out is time consuming. These are of course minor issues as the rest is Perfect

I have stayed in this hotel many times, excellent service, very nice location. One weekend my mother and aunt came to visit me, when they arrived, I was still in the field and the hotel placed them in a very confy room while they waited for me!! Loved them since them

I absolutely adore the rooms are this hotel. The suite style with hardwood flooring is beautiful. Great views from the balconies as well. It is in a great location, close to many great restaurants. I've stayed here many times for business travel and highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Mercure 3 nights in March, had a fine stay, with no problems. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely nice, well appointed and comfortable. It had a full kitchen, which was more than we needed, but ice to have it available. The only down side, is as often the case, anything taken to...
