We didn't stay at this hotel but we did eat dinner here. It's a lovely spot and the breeze on the terrace was really pleasant. The hotel restaurant is luxurious and we were excited to eat there at first. However, the service was slow. We...More
First, the little bungalow we had was nicely appointed, roomy and almost built right into the cliff over looking the water. We could not have asked for a nicer place. But, I am not sure how anyone with disabilities could navigate this hotel. It is...More
We arrive after a boat tip down and some bird watching on the river (the Great White Egrets were in glorious full breeding dress). The keys to our rooms were waiting for us and we were very quickly installed in our rooms or bungalows. Out...More

We were travelling with a group of 45 people and our reservations were also made in advance. I believe there are only 2 or 3 bungalows and the folks who were assigned them had accumulated more travel points. I spoke with one of them who said they would have preferred a non/bungalow as it would have been blocked from continuous daytime sunshine. I would call the Hotel directly and ask to talk to the Manager as he speaks excellent English. PS - The breakfast and dinner buffets are 5 star.
