Every year me and my girlfriend plan a trip to Guanaja, Honduras. Each time we go there, we stay at Bo Bush's Island House and with good reason. They are the most friendly people you will ever encounter in the island, with great food and a very comfortable room for the residents of the place. If anyone is interested in...

I am basing my rating on the uniqueness of the experience, not the level of luxury. Life is simple at Bo's don't expect frills or fancy amenities. Bo and his family will make you feel very welcome, but not by making a big to-do about your stay. Instead their hospitality is felt as they quietly and graciously assimilate you into...

What else can I say. After 4 days of partying and diving over at Grahams. Bo's was a much needed break. They have an amazing set up, Bo and his family are super nice and he will even take you on hikes on trails that probably few people ever know. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and staff is great....

My friend and I do a scuba trip once a year to 'somewhere'. As each year passes I find myself looking more and more for 'less traveled' places. Guanaja and Bo's Island House was the perfect fit. We truly enjoyed our stay with Bo and his family. They were all so welcoming and helpful. Marta prepared us 3 wonderful dishes...

Bo's is the perfect place to get away from the ordinary. It is located on a perfect stretch of beach on the North side of Guanaja. Diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and hiking are right outside your door. The accommodations are great and the food (prepared by Marta) is excellent. There aren't many places like this left in the Caribbean and you...

if you want to leave the harried life of living in an urban setting with all its stresses and troubles, Bo's Island House is the place to go. No phone reception, no TV and no internet available. There are no roads, nor medical facilities on the island (only a road from Mangrove Bight to Savannah Bight - a 'Bight' is...

We just loved Bo and his friendly family – wife, mom, kids and granddaughter all work as a team on the property and in the kitchen. We were blown away by the pristine waters and beach snorkeling here. It was so easy to throw on some fins and a mask and swim out onto the reef that lay just off...

My friends and I took a girl's trip and spent 6 days at the Island House in early June.We had a fantastic time. My grandfather grew up here, so I was interested in getting to know his homeland. My friends were along for the ride. The islanders are happy for visiters to be interested in their island and we found...
