This is an amazing place! Perfect for scuba divers & couples. The dive centre here is very well run & very professional - they will take great care of you and make you feel very safe. The equipment could be improved, was a little worn. The scuba diving & snorkeling in this destination is some of the best in the world....

The rooms are beautiful and very comfy. The cabin style rooms with a balcony is great. However, I did not have cell phone service and of course you have to pay for WIFI in your room. The reception and some of the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is small and very rocky. I love snorkeling but...

This review is coming quite late but I have to say this resort was AMAZING! There really wasn't anything to complain about. I loved the fact that you got your own little bungalow and balcony. The food was good and there was always something to eat. There wasn't a ton of variety but it was always tasty. There was also...

This place is beautiful, looks like a huge cottage in the woods everything is wood everywhere and trees, private beach not huge but nice, verandas everywhere so you can walk has much as you like. The small cabins met our needs abudantly, air conditionning, fridge, safe, clean very much so, water hot, cold you name it. Buffet excellent, different variety meats,...

My partner and I spent a week here at the beginning of April 2016. Before leaving, we had several correspondence with the hotel and they answered all our questions kindly and very promptly. Upon arriving in Roatan, busses were right there to pick us up--which was lovely! We absolutely loved the resort itself--it wasn't overly busy and it was really...

The Media Luna Resort it is not in west bay neither in west end. Media Luna Resort it is in "the half" of the Island & at the south side of it. It is a really relaxing hotel to go, you stay in cabanas in the middle of the nature (you will see a lot of Iguanas walking around), every...

We spent two weeks here in February 2016 - great experience - warm and sunny. The cabins are really nice and the beach and water facilities are great. The dinning hall has circular seating around a dance floor where nightly shows are preformed. The entertainment is local talent. The snorkeling and diving is spectacular right off the beach - much...

This is a very small and peaceful resort nothing like that of Varadero, Cancun etc.The grounds are gorgeous with a wild private beach- a diver's dream and snorkeler's delight. From sea urchins to lion fish, true uninterrupted nature is at your fingertips. The cabanas are gorgeous- clean and modern complete with a hammock on your private terrace, a huge canopy...

I just returned from my stay at Media Luna on June 20th, it was my second visit to Media Luna, and of course it did not disappoint and was better than the first time. I think I fell in love again. There are no words to fully explain how beautiful this place is. But more than just the beauty, it...

Took a kayak from our rental house around the bay to Media Luna for a day of snorkeling and lunch. The staff was very welcoming (even though we weren't staying there). We had lunch at their delicious buffet. Twenty dollar for all-you-can eat is a bit steep but the food was appetizing. Ceviche, chicken, pork, salads, fruit, wonderful bread, pasta...on...
