We had good things about Terramaya and were not at all disappointed with our experience of staying there two nights. Co-owner Angela is a sweetheart who seemed to have endless time to spent chatting with us each morning during breakfast. Tastefully appointed, gracious and generous hospitality by all staff members. Only downside is the proximity to traffic noise even in...

Beautiful clean rooms, very friendly and helpfull team. Breakfast was good, and was different every day. Ideal place to stay, close to the centre, but away from the noise. A place we would immediately advice to friends.

This is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel with a stunning garden and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in room 6, which has a gorgeous view of the mountains and town, and a lovely large balcony with a hammock and chairs. The breakfast (eggs, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and homemade bread, pancakes, homemade marmalades) was oustanding and so plentiful...

Terramaya was just perfect - great location, immaculately clean, amazing (huge) breakfasts that kept us going until dinner, charming terrace and garden with beautiful valley views , and super friendly staff. Unfortunately for us, Terramaya was only available for 2 of our 3 night visit in Copan, but Angela and Howard (the owners) went over and above in sourcing us...

I really loved this hotel. The location is great. The staff is wonderful. The ambiance made if feel like home. They provided me an airport pickup from San Pedro Sula. They have an amazing massage service in their garden that is world-class! The breakfast is unbelievable. They provided me with a great horseback ride at last minute's notice. They are...

A small boutique hotel set in a (very) cobbled street just off Copan's main square (and restaurants). Quiet, supremely clean and well equipped, a welcome service to die for, just the ticket (and more) for the tired traveller. My only regret is that we were staying just for one night!

Very nice hotel, close to main square , quiet and clean. Very nice breakfast, includes eggs, toast, homemade yogurt, fresh juice etc. Nice owners, able to spend some time talking with them about the area and things to see. English speaking staff.

I have stayed with Howard at all of his accomodations, but Terramaya is my absolute favorite. It is impecably clean and breathtakingly beautiful. I would stay at the hotel all weekend just for my vacation, if there weren't so many different things to do in Copan. The service is uncomparable anywhere I've been in all of Central America, even in...

A lovely hotel with amazing care for details. We were welcomed by the staff after a long trip from Tegucigalpa and you could feel right at home. The rooms and the hotel are beautifully decorated with a modern-traditional touch. Mariana, the receptionist did an amazing job at taking care of us, always offering us what we needed just at the...

This wonderful hotel is in a convenient location, a five minute walk from the center of the central square of the nice village of Copan, famous for the Copan Maya ruins. We made reservations directly to the hotel and the fast and friendly responses gave us already a good feeling about this place. Check in went very smooth with a...
