A beautiful colonial style building with spacious, nicely furnished rooms, coming with a balcony, the location, next to the central place, is unbeatable. Fast WiFi, friendly staff, breakfast good. A very romantic and charming place.

We arrived from many hours on a bus only to find that the water pump was completely fried (no showers, no toilets). They were very apologetic, and had even made arrangements for our group to stay at another local hotel for the night. By the time we had gotten done discussing this as a group, a guy showed up with... More

We were thrilled with our stay at Plaza Copan. It is situated on the plaza, so the private balcony was great for people watching. Inside the rooms are decorated simply, with a traditional Spanish style. The inside balcony of the hotel surrounds the pool and courtyard. The staff was friendly. Also, the town is small and does become very quiet... More

Spent a few night in my most recent trip to Copan here. As with the previous owners, the rooms were spacious, very friendly staff and facilities were clean and adequate. The big plus for this property is the location....Just a few blocks from the plaza and with restaurants, bars, cafe's and banks and pharmacies just a very short walk away... More

The room was very clean with a beautiful balcony to the street. The staff was very attentive. Conveniently located in front of the town park and museums, bars and stores. Just 10 minutes away from the Mayan Ruins.

Good location for main square. Great restaurant across the main square from the hotel. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked. Plenty of hot water for a shower. The breakfast was fine. I was only there for one day to see the Copan ruins. This hotel was good for one day.

Great location right on the main square. We had a Clean spacious albeit a bit tired looking room with the added bonus of a small balcony looking over the tiny pool and local church Good breakfast to start our day . Everything we needed for a 2 night stop to visit the Copan ruins. Staff very friendly and helpful

Good location for main square. Good AC in rooms. Was near reception so rather noisy. Small pool and bar behind reception - in shade in afternoon. Strange place to put it as people arriving at reception or going past could see you sitting by the pool. Nice to sit out for a beer in the evening. Would stay again here,... More
