You can always count on this place to provide a relaxing atmosphere to recharge your batteries. The hammocks were my weekend sanctuary:) the staff are always very kind, warm and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Especially the home made bread. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

We spent 3 nights at la Casa de Cafe and would return in a minute. The rooms are very simple but spotlessly clean and in good condition. They serve a wonderful breakfast with different options daily. The real gems here are the people. Faultlessly polite, welcoming, and helpful. The owner's niece was filling in while they were away and when...

One of the great things about small towns almost anywhere is that all the taxi drivers know the good places. I had a reservation at La Casa de Cafe on the recommendation of friends, and when I got off the Hedman-Alas bus and through the terminal, all I had to say was, "Casa de..." and the friendly cabbie stuck up...

I found La Casa de Cafe to be just what I needed after a long day of travelling. We arrived after 8pm and were immediately and pleasantly greeted. Our room was clean, bright, and comfortable. It was also quite quiet for being so close to town. Not that you couldn't hear street traffic once in awhile and the random dog...

I want to thank the owner/manager of La Casa de Cafe and his staff for making my stay here one of the most memorable experiences of all my life... I absolutely loved everything about my stay... The B&B itself is so idyllic with its balconies facing a beautiful garden which in turn faces the scenic mountains... It was simply surreal...

Extremely lovely staff, Fatima who made us a hot chocolate after a long shuttle ride from El Salvador spoke English and is also a massage therapist so if you want to have a great massage get one here. The room was spotless and so cute, hot powerful shower, the...

Howard, Angela and their staff made our visit to Copan memorable. In a town catering to seasoned tourists Casa de Cafe serves on par with what one might expect from hotels or inns in an urban center. I had a massage from Fatima, paid for 1 hour and received 75 minutes of bliss and rejuvenation. The rooms are bright, clean...

I stayed here with 2 friends for three nights and had a fabulous time. The owners were helpful and friendly, the staff patient and efficient. Rooms are light and airy with comfortable beds and a plentiful supply of hot water. A good location on the edge of the town with beautiful views and an easy walk to the ruins. Breakfast...

We were greeted with an offer of ice tea! After a four hour ride nothing could have been more welcome. They will serve you coffee, ice water and such all day. Breakfast is served in the garden and is excellent. It is what you'll need for a day exploring the ruins. The sunset view toward the mountains will draw you...
