I stayed at the Quinta Real in Feb 2017, during our visit the sliding glass door fell off its track and landed on my husband. The shower was leaking and water ran out the bathroom and down the hallway. Most of the lights were out when walking down the halls of the hotel. In addition, during our stay at the...

We stayed here for business trip. It's in a very nice setting and if you get a good room, it'll have a view of the ocean. The pools are amazing and very beautiful. But if you get a room down near the pool bar, be advised that you will be listening to loud and live caribbean/spanish music until 10:00 pm...

If you don't mind steel drum bands all afternoon and evening, followed by thumping music during the night until 4am then you'll love this place. Unfortunately I was here on business and did not get much sleep due to the noise. The hotel itself is pleasant enough. Food above average, but not great. The surrounding area has nothing to offer....

We stayed for a night no hot water in our room, the service was slow and had to beg for service. The building is nice the pool area is fun but the beach needs some make up. The sand is mostly rocks. The breakfast is bad i begged for coffee and they ran out of bread. This property has potential...

My family of 6 stayed at this hotel for 2 days in Xmas. The rooms are fine but the air conditioning is very noisy, impossible to use at night. Fortunately you can compensate opening the window and enjoying the sea breeze. The best at this hotel is the sea side. You can stay on the terrace overlooking the beach for...

It´s service is ok. The front desk was slow and not so helpful with recommendations of restaurants or places to visit in the city. The rooms are not small, and clean. The lounge is very small and usually crowded with people checking in or out of the hotel, so the only place to chill is the pool side.

My family of six stayed at this hotel for one week. Our stay was very good. The hotel staff were very good and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself is situated on the ocean. Although you cannot swim on the beach due to rocks and extremely limited space, the ocean view is beautiful! The hotel food was good and...
