Nice people, a little hot in the room, but OK. Decent neighborhood. Only problem was that the owner forgot to pick me up at the bus station. I had about an hour to worry till I finally got a hold of him by phone.

I stayed at Dos Molinos in August 2012 when I arrived in Honduras at the start of my gap year. I was picked up from the hotel by Luis at night. He's very friendly and safely took us back to Dos Molinos. It is an enclosed plot, which is reassuring considering the reputation of SPS! The bedrooms are all ample...

I was dumped into San Pedro Sula one night after my long-delayed flight. I am so glad that I chose this place. The rooms are basic, clean and mainly comfortable. (Two complaints from me - otherwise a higher rating: flat, flat pillows and the fan only had one LOUD speed so I had to turn it off.) Otherwise, Luis and...

I staid at Dos Molinos twice since all buses seem to pass through San Pedro Sula and am very thankful that Luis and his family are there. Luis picks you up/ drops off for free at the bus terminal at any time (including for those 5am departures). The rooms are clean and comfortable and Luis even gave us bananas for...

I have visited San Pedro Sula on many occasions over the past 5 years, and I have only ever stayed in two hotels - Real Intercontinental and Dos Molinos B&B. I have to say that I vastly prefer the latter. I will never stay at the Intercontinental again, even if it means being separated from my traveling companions. In my...

I was recommended this place by a friend, and I am totally glad I went with it. This is a perfect value place to stay (the rooms are quite basic, but clean, tidy and big), and the people who run it are lovely (and can speak some English). Luis will pick you up and take you to the bus station,...

It seems ironic that in worlds most dangerous city you find worlds nicest guesthouse owners. We have stayed there twice in one month as we used San Pedro as a transition point - we would surely stayed much longer if it wasn't for the city's notorious reputation. Louis and his wife offer free transportation from and to bus station and...

It is hard to find a good place to stay in San Pedro Sula without ruining your budget completely. But this place is actually pretty good. The place is owned by a family who are really kind, and actually care about you having a good time while being there. They offer free transportation to/from the bus terminal, and are ready...

So glad we booked here. The owner picked us up from the bus (despite the fact it was over an hour late and we hadn't got in contact with him) and dropped us back at the bus station at 4.30 the next morning. A safe haven in the murder capital of the world!

We recently stayed for one night in San Pedro sula on our way to the bay islands. Luis picked as up from the airport for 15 dollar, which was very convenient as we arrived at 9pm. Everyone was very welcoming, we got water on arrival and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we...
