After checking out some of the reviews i was worried about our stay. I am very happy to say that my room was very nice. I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. It's not a full service hotel so you have to ask for anything you might need but the front desk was ready and happy to...

I wouldn't come back here with so many options. Room 301 had drawers containing underwear and clothing, magazines and paperwork dated 2008. And full beers and candy wrappers. The policies are not clear. Read where smoking on the balcony automatically incurs a $500 fee. Really? The door to the miniscule balcony shuts and the unit had vents in the bathroom....

The staff was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. In addition to the unacceptable behavior of the front staff, we were rudely woken up to the sounds of construction at 9:30AM. We had not been told about any construction occurring, let alone that it would be in the room right next to ours. What kind of a hotel not only doesn't mention...

This hotel is awesome for UGA fans coming into town for a game and ready to party. But if you are looking for a place to have a quiet night's sleep, look elsewhere. You can hear anyone in the hallway as though the person is right in your room. My husband told the front desk receptionist that we were having...

We have stayed at Gameday for student conferences in the past but this year is the worst. The rooms were not ready by check-in, employees were confrontational among themselves in front of customers and shuttle to/from Classic Center stops now at 3:00 pm. Students attending conference were loud and running in halls until early morning after their fried chicken fest...

NOTE: Each of these condo's/rooms/suites are owner decorated. There seem to be some common themes but some owners definitely put more care in to their decorating. Some suites are hideously old and smelly (like the first room we were in). Now in the second room, it's better, but no where near as nice as it was last year! I didn't...

Georgia Gameday is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and UGA campus. Nicely appointed room with a large kitchen with a washer and dryer. Felt very homey and comfortable with fresh jittery joes coffee in the lobby in the am. Thank you for a restful stay.

Visited Athens for Cracker Camper Van Beethoven Camp-In. Was here 2 years ago and it was nice. This time around...um, no. It's a shame because the location is awesome! Dark Grey Sealed windows Leftover clothes in drawer...gross underpants. Sheets inside out...hope to god they were clean. Dingy Front desk woman not too helpful. She smiled but it was not sincere....

Came to Athens for a campus tour for my step-son and thought having separate sleeping areas for my wife and I would be nice. In retrospect, I should have just paid for two hotel rooms elsewhere. I'm still not sure what I got for the $10 "Resort Fee". As one bedroom "luxury suites" go, this was pretty much like taking...

This place is very reasonable and very comfortable. We went for a wedding over the weekend. Rooms are well provisioned: microwave, plates, glasses, silverware, coffee machine, even a washer and dryer. Great location; highly recommend!
