Three days at the elegant Victorian Rose felt like home with lovely conversations with the owner and other ladies. It was a trip back in time with all the delicately selected furniture. Loved every moment of it.

We stayed on an unusually warm mid-Feb. Sat. night. After walking around the historic town for an hour, we headed on over. It was perfect...Nice easy check-in at 4 which included a quick tour. Afternoon beverages and a hot snack are also available at that point. Sherry and her staff-person really made us feel right at home. Super quiet, and...

We only had a 1 night stay. But it was perfect. The owner was amazing and very helpful with a restaurant suggestion. The room was on the vintage side, which we liked. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. I had a dietary request and they were very accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary here and it was the perfect place to stay, especially after an afternoon of bike riding. Sherry is a great hostess and the breakfast was wonderful including fresh fruit and pancakes with lemon maple syrup. Our room was comfortable, romantic, and decorated in a warm, cozy manner. I would definitely stay...

Beautiful rooms and warm funny ladies. My bestie and I shared the weekend and it was perfect!! The room was comfy and the breakfasts were OMG!! We didn't eat again until dinner. The house is walking distance to downtown Algonquin and lovely restaurants. But the best thing is the wonderful people who run it! We've had so many laughs!! We...

The women who run this B & B are exceptional. They are warm and welcoming. The establishment is beautiful, clean and quiet and the breakfast is hot, tasty and filling. Located just a block from local restaurants and a hiking trail this is a real find. Don't miss the chocolate cookies and milk before retiring, fantastic!

My husband and I stayed at the Victorian Rose Garden for the weekend while we were attending a wedding in the area. The home is lovely and nicely furnished with many antiques. Sherry, the owner, was very welcoming, and she and Carolyn prepared delicious breakfasts. Both were extremely attentive to our needs. Sherry even made a special trip to the...

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Victorian Rose Garden Bed & Breakfast. Sherry was a lovely and attentive host. Her home was beautiful and elegant, with so many thoughtful personal touches to promote relaxation and comfort. Breakfast was a feast, prepared by both Sherry and Carolyn – coffee, juices and homemade scones to start, followed by a fresh fruit...

On one of the coldest weekends so far this winter, we stayed warm and cozy at the Victorian Rose Garden B&B. As soon as we arrived, a pot of tea was made and we helped ourselves to yummy scones and cookies. Got several recommendations on where to go for dinner and had a wonderful meal at one of the suggested...
