It was like staying at a friend's house who happens to be a gourmet chef. The food was better than any of the restaurants we experienced during our trip to Spain a few years ago. Victoria is a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. It was money well spent.

Beautiful, quiet home centrally located near Des Moines and other quaint towns. We came here to explore the many beautiful Iowa bike trails and stayed for 3 nights. The house was exquisitely decorated. We stayed in the downstairs room. There were so many little touches to make our stay more enjoyable from the gorgeous landscape, to the little chocolate next...

Victoria's B&B is all that is claimed and more! We are delighted to have made a new friend and enjoyed a perfect weekend getaway. Items of note: It is very very clean!; it's private; wonderfully appointed/decorated; sheets and bed of wonderful quality and comfort and great morning view right from the bed; homemade breakfast of Spanish "French toast", local bacon...

Victoria graciously and warmly welcomed us into her home and made us feel as if it was ours. Everything we could have needed was provided. There was a refreshment station in the kitchen where we could make coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. A little popcorn popper made fresh, air-popped popcorn, which was a great, late night treat for us. Our...

We stayed three nights. Everything was perfect. Home made breakfast, a feel of home, a quiet getaway, and mostly just tremendous value for what you pay. Victoria goes above and beyond making her guests feel at home and we would recommend this for a business traveler who has business in DSM but wants a quiet place... couples who want to...

When my wife and I decided to move from southern Ontario, Canada across the country to Colorado, we had a hard time finding a hotel/motel that would accommodate a car with our open trailer, a cat, and a dog. Bedandbreakfast.com led us to Victoria's Vineyard and after speaking with Victoria we knew we were making the right decision. The house...

We stayed for two nights at this lovely B&B about 10 miles away from downtown Des Moines. There are only two rooms, and the other room was unoccupied during our visit, so we had the house to ourselves. We stayed in the upper floor bedroom (slightly more expensive) and found it very comfortable. Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms were all...

My husband and I spent two nights in the downstairs bedroom. We were in the Des Moines area to attend the State Fair. Our room was nice and comfortable. The breakfasts were filling and delicious. The B & B was very nice and the property was incredible.

Victoria is a wonderful hostess. This is a great location. Feels like you are way out in the country but right off the freeway! Really private and the common spaces are really nice and super comfortable. One of the best beds I've ever been in including my own! Breakfast is all locally produced food. Grass feed organic milk is really...
