We loved the hotel and our room which was large and very spacious. There are lots of different terraces to sit at and have a drink in the evening which is important as there is not anything close by that you can walk to. There is a pool in the hotel but it is really just to cool down in...

La Madison Bleue is a lovely place to stay in Fes--both of them. Confused? We were too when we arrived. There is a Maison Bleue Hotel and Maison Bleue Riad. They are affiliated but in different locations. It was an issue when we arrived because we were initially taken to the wrong site by our taxi. Once that was sorted,...

This is a lovely traditional Moroccan restaurant with nice atmosphere. During dinner there were musicians and dancers providing entertainment but it was not intrusive. The menu is a set three course menu with the traditional assortment of salads, olives and bread to start, you choose your main course and then there are two desserts, delicious sweet juicy sliced orange and...

We stayed in La Maison Bleue in early January (my husband, myself and my adult daughter). I can't tell you how wonderful this hotel is. It is a beautiful, historic Riad. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The spa and gym areas were well outfitted. The restaurant was excellent, and served both Moroccan and western specialties. .The service was outstanding from...

When we arrived we were warmly greeted and offered warm towels and a light snack. Perfect after long travels. Our room was beautiful (lots of stairs as others have commented - would be difficult for those who have trouble with stairs). Large room - beautiful well equipped bathroom. Comfortable bed, sitting area. Breakfast food was good, not huge variety but...

My friend and I spend a couple of nights there. We needed two singles beds, and they put us in a room called Mena. The riad is spectacularly beautiful, a museum quality, and the duplex room was spacious filled with beautiful furniture. The location is very convenient because it is the edge of the medina and cars can drive directly...

We stayed 2 nights in this riad and from the moment we walked in until check out, we were completely blown away by how beautiful it is and the quality service we received. The room is massive and had everything you could imagine...safe, bathrobes, sitting area with big couches, heater, AC, the works. Anytime we left the room, staff would...

The staff were very courteous and friendly. the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was in old medina and was perfect as it was close to the bazaar so that you could walk there. We only had dinner there but the surroundings, the decor, the service were all beautiful ... excellent. The only thing that spoilt (if you can use that word) was the menu. There was only one menu and you ate that or nothing at all. The starters were out of this world, the main dish ..,. couscous again ... was dry...
