This hotel was booked with our group tour. We had room 418 at the end of the hall. Only 1 key per room, so we left it at front desk when we went out so we wouldn't lose it. It was clean and comfortable, one of the better hotels on our tour and closest to North American standards. The bath...

The welcome in the hotel was decent, but not overly friendly. After waiting a few minutes, our room was ready. On first sight the room looked ok. However, when we turned on the airconditioning, we were welcomed with an unstoppable rattling noise. This was quite a nuisance in the night, when the airconditioning was needed due to the warm weather....

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately we found it to be very noisy with a nightclub each night until 3.am! The noise was horrendous. We were moved the second night only to enjoy street and traffic noise. The room was quite shabby with very high pillows. Breakfast was adequate, with bread and eggs. We would not return here.

My husband and I have stayed here a few times. Although the staff isn't the friendliest, the hotel is charming and very clean. Good breakfast with nice variety. The bath tub is what I enjoyed the most, but the water never gets hot just warm. You have to wait for hot water in Fes hotels to be turned on at...

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was average fairly clean and tidy bathroom. The first night out air conditioner didn't work continuously turning off after a few minutes of being on. The following day we asked for it to be fixed and even after then it wasn't again we ask. That night we requested we move rooms as...

Hotel is within easy walking distance to the main square. The rooms are a reasonable size and have good en suites and a T V. Breakfast is served from 6.30am and there are plenty of restaurants around the area.

This hotel was a bit tired and did not appear to be in a safe area and was a long way from the medina and other attractions. Security was good and the staff seemed OK. Our room was comfortable and the shower water was hot. There was one small lift but the stairs were good. Breakfast was satisfactory. You are...

The room was clean enough but it was not well maintained. Paint was not quite to the edges, everything looked a bit slap dash. The air conditioner had no remote, just an on off button. If you wanted the temperature changed you had to call reception to send someone up with the remote. Breakfast was quite poor with dried out...

Stayed here as part of a tour through Morocco. Smallish rooms but perfectly adequate for the length of time we were going to be spending in them. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a lift to get you up to the floors. Not a bad place to stay in Fes.

This was my third visit to the Mounia in 2016. The hotel represents very good value, particularly if booked through one of the better-value brokers. Rooms, and public areas, are scrupulously clean and the property is presented with some pride. Very safe; effective security. Staff, particularly when you begin to get to know them, are friendly and very helpful. I...
