Overall the Riad itself is nice and at first the staff was friendly. We booked this Riad through tripadvisor and Booking.com and got a great price. It seems when you do this they just up-charge you at checkout! In our case we asked to have dinner in the Riad since we arrived late after a day on the road. We...

Lovely place, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The terrace offers panoramic view of the city, there is a great hammam service, the restaurant is warm and cosy, and the breakfast huge! Also, the location is great, very close to one of the city gates, so the taxi or car leaves you very close to the riad.

Great riad. Very nicely decorated. The rooms and bathroom were nice. Common areas were comfortable and looked great. The terrace is fantastic although I wish there were lights so it can be used at night. Had dinner and breakfast at the riad, and both were good.

Rooms big, comfortable and bathrooms clean with plenty hot water. There is a spa in the basement. The common areas are very well set up. The rooms are access from 4 different areas and stairs. Not for disable people. Close to the souk and restaurants. Very good location. The only problem we had was not due to the Riad but...

Compared to our previous Ryad in Meknes, this one was less cozy but still beautifully decorated with a very nice view on the Medina from the roof terras. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Wifi was available throughout the hotel. Walking to the university / mosque took about 20 minutes - finding your way through the medina is...

The Riad is traditional and beautiful! Mosaic floors and walls, the rooms are lovely and comfortable. As a woman travelling alone, feeling safe and comfortable is a priority, I stayed here for a week and it felt like home from the first day. The manager, Ahmed is hard working, efficient and funny, always has a smile on his face. The...

Exellent, accommodating staff. I immediately felt at home. Conveniently situated in the Medina as well as a 3min stroll to gate to catch a taxi to the city central 10 min away, will easily recommend this Riad in Fez.

Our stay here was great. The rooms were spacious and had great decor, and the bathrooms were sufficient (a little small and dark but better than ones in other places). The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we felt very welcome. We had dinner here one night and it was delicious! It is also in a great location to get...

“There are a variety of configurations to choose from. The one that worked great for us were five rooms on the second floor. Two shared a bathroom, which was perfect for my wife, me and our two teenage kids. One of the rooms further connected (with the ability to lock) with another that had a private bath and allowed the four nieces and nephews to have a, somewhat, private space from the parents. Very cool. Be specific about what you are looking for and there is a good chance they can accommodate you!”
