Jalal and Bernard are wonderful hosts in this traditional Fes style Riad. The courtyard (again in a Fes style) is large and beautifully decorated with a fountain, tiles, orange trees, and wonderfully painted ceiling panels (painted by an artisan just around the corner that you can visit to see him working - we may get him to paint us some...

What a beautiful Riad! Each room is large and decorated with fine distinctive Moroccan art pieces and colours! Warm welcome and hospitality! Like coming to a gorgeous home! Jalal and Bernard are exceptional hosts. Jalal shared his insights and is knowledgeable of Morocco & treated me like an old friend! Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Mint tea served in the...

We have just stayed at this Riad and it was absolutely amazing. The hosts were great - so attentive and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was a feast - we ate so much that we didn't need lunch! There are also beautiful common areas (including a rooftop) to relax in. If you...

Our riad arranged for us to have a Fes Gourmet meal here. The riad is lovingly and beautifully restored - this is Bernard's home not a project. The food was sensational - soup, sardines with chermoula and "hidden lamb" couscous. Bravo

We stayed two nights at the Riad Souafine and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Our room only had a bathtub with a handheld not a shower per sat but there was lots of hot water and good water pressure. We rated the breakfast the hotel served as the best we had in Morocco....

We stayed here in June, during the Music Festival, and nearly two months later are still under the charm. Welcoming guests is a fine art for Bernard and his team, we were wonderfully spoilt all week. The riad itself is beautifully restored and ideally situated in a quiet patrician part of the medina, while only a few minutes walk from...

You will not be disappointed. The hotel is well decorated and is just jaw dropping'ly beautiful. The view from the roof was just as amazing. Make sure to eat dinner there as well. Great cuisine and wine selection. After dinner I really wanted to take the cooking class they offered but unfortunately is was not possible during our stay. After...

We received excellent service by the owners and staff of the Souafine Riad in Fez. After receiving valuable information on what to do/see and where to eat we were shown the impressive roof terrace of the Riad. What an amazing place. Breakfast was wonderful and the overall service during the stay was above expectations.
