My boyfriend and I stayed at Riad Tizwa for 3 nights and I would urge anyone looking to stay in Fes to contact Daniel or Richard and stay here. The riad itself is stunning a large peaceful central courtyard leads off to the nine hidden rooms, found on hidden staircases that seem to perfectly encapsulate the winding medina of Fes....

We spent 3 nights here and had a great time. The staff is very attentive, Merrieme, the hotel manager, spoke English and arranged a guide for us which worked out well. Breakfast was served promptly and was delicious! The rooms were large and beautiful. We stayed in room 2 which overlooked the courtyard and had beautiful stained glass windows. Yes...

Ok, we can't lie... This Riad Tizwa is a little hard to find as when we went, there was no proper signage. SO... if you're going to book to stay there - and u should cause it is a beautifully restored riad - make sure to organise with the staff to meet you or to send a cab for you....

This is a superbly decorated moroccan residence which can best be described as a small palace. The perfect place for a romantic getaway. The rooms are amazing, beautifully decorated and each is unique. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Booking isn't easy as its through email but the extra effort really is worthwhile.

I had high expectations for this Riad having read so many positive comments. Most of them were met. Location is fantastic, a stone's throw from the souks, and right next to a central area (Batha) where taxis can pick/drop you. As with all riads, the expensive limo service was worth it to ensure we found the place with minimal hassle....

Ok. This is the best breakfast at any hotel on any continent. A lovely treat. The riad is relaxed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. All the rooms are different. We stayed in 3 different during our stay -- so be sure the room you choose is right for your needs. They are all tastefully decorated. Modern with nods...

Riad Tizwa was an amazing start to our holiday in Morocco and after staying there, no-where else could really meet the high standards that we enjoyed for 3 nights in October 2008. The staff (Melika and Sabir) were really amazing, their english was good but they smilingly endured my determined effort to talk to them in my dodgy french and...

Too bad, because this could have been a very nice riad. Perhaps they didn’t have the best decorator, but the rooms are quite a splurge: with boutique- style showers and accessories. All is well until the bill comes. Then the truth unfolds: while the owner and staff constantly broadcast their hospitability: “this is your home” etc.., given the chance, they...

We stayed at Riad Tizwa in Marrakech nearly four years ago in September 2005 with our adult daughters and we had no hesitation in booking Tizwa In Fes when we returned as a couple to celebrate 30 years of marriage. Other reviews have praised the riad, the staff, the location, the food and we echo this wholeheartedly. Nothing was too...
