The reviews say it all, Michele and Grant are the perfect hosts, Michele is extremely generous with her time and attention to detail; she will help you with where to shop, eat, etc. The riad couldn't possibly be more beautifully decorated with much art to admire... I fell in love with the traditional doors used for the bathrooms! The service...

We had an amazing time at Riad Assakina. The rooms, service and experience were amongst the very best but at half the cost! The hotel owners, Grant and Michele were the perfect hosts. Their attention to detail is deeply impressive. It's not surprising when you realise Grant was a senior partner in a top city law firm (top notch client...

The breakfasts are excellent, particularly the lemon croissants!! Grant & Michele are genuinely friendly and helpful people who are full of recommendations should you need anything. The wine in the Riad...

My brother and myself invited my parents for a long weekend in Marrakech and chose this place to stay at. From the upfront assistance (restaurants etc.) of Grant to the lovely "thank-you" mail of Michele we enjoyed a perfect stay. In between we found a beautifully decorated Riad in an excellent shape, extremely friendly, very service-oriented staff, a great breakfast,...

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful Riad for 5 nights in March. After three days on the move, walking into Riad Assakina was like walking into a haven. Naoual and Hicham looked after our every needs (Michelle was away for a few days). Nothing was too much trouble for them. Michelle returned three days...

Hats off to Michelle and Grant. The Assakina is top rate. In a country where the service culture is so awful, it is amazing that they have managed to get such a great culture in the Riad. The staff, (Grant and Michelle included) couldn't do enough for you. Marrakech is a pretty hectic city and these guys managed to take...

We felt so taken care of by Michelle, Grant and the rest of the staff. The food was incredible - fresh and deliciously prepared, and the pastries at breakfast were truly amazing as...
