Excellent stay with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good, especially by the pool. The staff even served breakfast very early 4:30AM for an early morning excursion. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, service and location (not too far from Medina area).

My husband and I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of May for a total of 4 nights. We loved it. If I could rate this place more than 5/5, I would give it a 10. The manager, Ms. Myra and her team of staff were very professional. The services they provided were very personal. Ms. Myra made sure...

The wife and I booked the Al Fassia for our honeymoon after reading the reviews on here. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is approximately 10 minutes from the airport and just 5 minutes from both the new and old town in a 40DIR taxi (£3). The rooms are large, elegant and spotless. The bathroom...

Booked here for a week after reading Tripadvisor reviews and so glad we did! It really is an oasis of calm after the chaos that is the medina - yes, it is at least a 40 minute walk into the medina but for us (with a five-month-old in tow), it was ideal as it was so relaxing. It's a beautiful...

Great price/quality relation on the given promotion (~600€ for 5 nights) Every service is when you want : brakfast when you want, check out when you want , etc. The pool area is great and our roomo also. If you want to combine some relaxation with a visit to the town this is the best place since: it's less then...

We spent a total of four nights here .. three at the beginning of our stay and one at the end. Before leaving, we left our purchases there, not wanting to take them around the country .. they were lined up in our room on our return!! The staff was friendly and helpful - the riad is beautiful - the...

Travelled for the 1st time to Marrakech as a couple in mid March 2012. This hotel surpassed our expectations. It was so easy to enjoy our time in Marrakech with this hotel as our base and the excellent staff on hand to make this one of the most stress-free (yet action-packed) holidays we've taken. I'll begin with the hotel itself....

The best hotel in Marrakech. Beautiful hotel. From arrival to departure service was excellent. We were upgraded free of charge. The staff were ever helpful at all times of the day and night. The riad is quiet and peaceful. The attached restaurant serves the best food we have had in Morocco. The location is a little far from the main...

Since we stay in Marrakech on a very frequent basis, we are always looking for that one great hotel to which we'd love to return every stay, but never managed to find it. We decided to give Al Fassia Aguedal a chance because of it's great Tripadvisor ratings and our love for their restaurant in town. We have definitely not...

It's not often that a hotel that looks better in real life than on it's website...but Al Fassia is certainly in that category!!!
