The All Inclusive Hotel Riu Tikida Palmeraie, completely refurbished in 2019, is situated only 5 km from the old inner town of Marrakech, a vibrant metropolis with approx. 800000 inhabitants, lying at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. It is, together with Meknes, Fes and Rabat, one of the four Moroccan Royal Cities. Our hotel is set within a 65,000 sq.m. garden and is a true oasis of tranquility amidst the local hustle and bustle. The location is ideal due to its proximity to Marrakech-Menara Airport (RAK) is approx. 13 km away. The hotel has 392 comfortably furnished rooms and offers many amenities. 1 outdoor pool, 1 children’s and 1 indoor pool. For the youngest guests, there is the RiuLand Kids Club (for children from 4 to 7 years & 8 to 12 years old), RiuArt atelier and for adults, day and evening entertainment. For lovers of gastronomy, we offer live cooking stations at our main buffet as well as Moroccan and Italian cuisine, 3 bars situated in various areas of the hotel.

What can I say about this beautiful hotel, my second visit as I was so impressed first time around in October. The staff are so friendly and will go out of there way to help and made me feel like a queen 👸 nothing is to much trouble and I can honestly say everyone I met hear was so friendly and helpful. The spa is very relaxing prices start low and you can have a cheap treatment or indulge which I have several times again fabulous friendly staff. Grounds and rooms are immaculate as is the pool albeit a little cold but much needed at 43 degrees. Animation staff again friendly and not at all pushy as previously stated a clear no after a friendly chit chat and they leave you be as expected I did not go out in the evening other than dinner so unsure of evening entertainment but could see was always packed out so clearly doing something right. Location perfect for medina new town airport etc multi cultural with lots of French Arabic speaking people some staffs English isn’t the best however nor is my Arabic so touché, just a fab holiday I will be back again as this is somewhere that makes me feel Incredibly happy and highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit moracco and met the lovely friendly people.…

What can I say what a wonderful clean and well maintained hotel. I am currently staying at this hotel on a 11 night family trip. The room is very spacious and well decorated with very comfortable beds. The room service every morning has been excellent all covid precautions are in action. The all inclusive service is also of very high standard. All the food served is very tasty and plenty of choices for children to. The surrounding area of the hotel is also very well maintained with lovely gardens and fruit trees. Above all the staff are very friendly and helpful always smiling and greeting you at every opportunity making it feel like home. My children are loving the pool and water aerobic activity. I have to say again the conduct of the staff make this hotep special. (I will leave a few names of staff mebers at the end of my trip) The only negative aspect would be the AC could be improved and ironing facility provided for each room. I have had to rent out an iron from reception and put in a request for someone to come check my AC and I am still waiting for someone to come have a look. Besides the above all else is perfect I would rate this hotel 10/10 for a family stay.and will definitely be visiting again. Waot for my updated review once I get home Mr saleh patel…

4th time here, beautiful gardens, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. They even remembered us from previous years. Food isn’t the best, but they don’t try and make it out to be. You can always eat something! Some areas around the pool could do with being tidied up. But none of this puts me off from going back! I love this place.

I wish I could give this place 10000/10, it was truly unbelievable. We were out there for a week and the service was unlike anything I had experienced. The staff were incredible, the food and drinks were wonderful. The photos of this place don't do it justice, its even more beautiful in real life. Adil, Karym, Ortega and Mitchem were especially wonderful and really made our experience a memorable one. We didn't think we would want to do an all inclusive again but going to Tikida Palmarie and having this service and experience has made us want to book to go back already. Couldn't recommend this place enough. If you have reservations about this place, don't! :)
