Came here for a week in September and had a lovely time.
Very impressive reception and a great first impression - despite arriving late and hungry after a very delayed flight!
Every member of staff was so helpful, from the restaurants to reception.

We have been on 3 TUI run excursions which are a safe bet for a first time visitor to marrakesh. Discover Marrakesh is great for adults, it is a whole day visiting some beautiful local buildings then traditional turkish lunch and a guided tour of the souks (having a guide is important for a first visit as easy to get hassled and ripped off). About 400d each.
We visited the waterfalls and wild monkeys , a fantastic trip. And today we went to the Atlas Mountains in a 4x4 which was breathtaking, visting the berber villagers and eating some delicious local food.
