The breakfast was excellent, the room super cozy and I loved the design (Africa room) the location was good and the hosts were extremely helpful, every day they had a planning including clear map prepared for us which gave our stay the finishing touch which made it unforgettable!

We stayed at Riad Aguaviva for 2 nights but left wishing we were staying for longer. So beautiful with attention to detail everywhere you go, down to the rose petals in the pool, incense and music that made us feel like we were in spa! It has been decorated wonderfully and there are some incredible paintings on the walls that... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything about our stay was perfect. The staff go to great lengths to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and effortless as possible, organising tours, giving us thorough direction, lending us a phone, etc. Upon arrival we also got upgraded to a better room free of charge. The hotel itself is... More

My wife and I stayed at the riad for 5 nights and have enjoyed it greatly. The hosts Khalid and Jana have made sure that our stay has been like visiting friends, with advice, maps, drinks and fabulous breakfasts given in the most unexpectedly beautiful surroundings. The room, Sultan is sumptuous and traditional with a firm, but comfortable bed, aircon... More

Very hard to fault, as the other reviews attest. Khalid is an extraordinarily good host, very knowledgeable and keen to ensure your stay is as you would hope. Pros Safe, clean, away from the tourist areas in a quiet corner of the medina. Cons Tough to find without guidance (go for the pick up from the airport) Highly recommended.

I stayed in the hotel with my friends for the weekend. The service was spectacular, even better than a five star hotel. The hotel rooms are all beautiful and confortable, the breakfast was amazing, and they made us feel at home. It is a must if you travel to Marrakesh.

This was our first stay while in Morocco and our favourite! The staff were brilliant, especially Khalid, he gave us lots of advice and a rough plan each day to make the best of our time in Marrakesh! On our first day we were given a photo book showing the route to and from the square and after that maps... More

It is a bit north of the centre but that is also the advantage. You'll see a less touristy area of Marrakech medina were people go to school and do their work. You will also be in a calm place in comparison to the central medina and the zouk area. The people that own the Riad are nice and there... More

We traveled in April as a couple and stayed for five nights. Echoing what everyone else has said, this place is exceptional! I spent considerable time reading the many glowing reviews with some skepticism before booking however I can honestly say they don't even come close to doing Riad Aguaviva justice. The entrance to the Riad is through a tiny... More
