So we arrived on Friday afternoon to no electricity and also no hot water. We weren't welcomed as the staff spoke no English and we were given no key given no information regarding anything. We had our bags taken from us by some Moroccan gypsy that demanded £16 from us for carrying our bags that we had no choice over....

No English speaking people in this Riad. You have to knock to get in. Our first night, the caretaker would not even let us in and he spoke no English at all. No air conditioning. Loud and they let us stay in a dingy room on the first floor. Phones ringing all night. You are awaken by people talking really...

Raid has no pool even though they advertised this! All there was was rubble. No AC in one room and no lighting in another room. Courtyard had no lighting and we were advised that the reason for this was due to engineer issues. Service awful. The man was more interested in talking on his phone! Absolutely awful...my kids began to...

This is a special place. It is located in the medina and is close to the square. Yacine, the manager, was helpful and kind. He went out of his way to guide us and show us the best of Marrakech. We had a great trip.

A great little riad. Nice cool pool in the middle. Lovely staff. Wonderful rooms. All good. The saloon area is only for the family room users as we found out later but there is plenty of space to sit in the dining area. They have a driver as well to collect and return you to the airport hassle free.

This is my second trip in this Riad. It's a really great place: good location, 10 mn from Jamaa El Fna by walk, breakfast is also very good. This time, i stay in the Fassi Room, i' m feeling like i'm in honey moon. There is a very nice solarium too when you can lay down and enjoy the mountains...

My first trip to morocco and I was so happy we choose this Riad to stay in. The Riad is located 15 min from the main square. On arrival to the Riad; I remember all the beautiful smells from the incense and candlelight; then to top it off we had a lovely warm welcome. We were very pleased with our...

A group of five friends, we were fortunate each to have one of the beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms. We found a warm welcome from Yassine and his staff. Yassine arranged a day trip the Atlas mountains, with a stop for tea at a berber home. Our driver/guide negotiated camel rides for three of us. Before dinner we relaxed on the...

“AVOID at all cost!”

“One room is on the ground floor; the other four, obviously, on the first floor. The bathroom of one room is raised, but that room has a large lounge area as well as another room that could serve as an additional bedroom -- it's spacious but does not, I believe, have a window.”
