From the very start of our adventure in Marrakech, the Riad Bamboo provided us with incomparable service and created an unforgettable experience. We paid for our transportation from the airport using the service offered by Bamboo (highly recommended, the last thing you want to do is haggle for cab fare after a long flight). I had some trouble passing customs,...

Sorry this is a bit late but I thought I'd reviewed this one! Loved this for location, helpful staff and lovely rooms. We visited late May for a long weekend couples break. I LOVED staying here, it was close enough to the square but far enough away to be quiet. See pics for more of an idea.

A gem of a Riad, small but perfectly formed with such friendly people to help. We spent a few days there for my daughter's 21st birthday and loved every minute spent there. I had felt a little under the weather and Aziz kindly went to pharmacy. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, the kind of attention you don't get...

We stayed here for my wife's birthday weekend. The whole experience was top notch. It started with them picking us up at the airport and taking us to the Riad then preparing a meal on our first night (Moroccan salad, chicken with preserved lemon tagine and a yoghurt type desert) followed by just friendly and attentive service! Breakfast is served...

We had a fantastic time at Riad Bamboo run by the lovely Sonia & Simon who couldn't have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble! The rooms here are beautifully decorated and staying in them is a real treat. The roof terrace is also a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun. Breakfast is best described as a...

My boyfriend and I have just had 3 lovely nights here. It is in such a fantastic location, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, and we loved our room. We had breakfast there every morning - lovely food and always beautifully presented. I actually don't have a bad thing to say about this Riad and I have already recommended...

Weather awful for our four day winter break but Riad beautiful and staff fabulous. Apologies to Assisie(!) overnight member of staff - it rained, rained, rained and rained again overnight and a blockage caused a drip in the room, we put ear plugs in and mentioned in the morning and swift action was taken but felt we upset Asissie for not...

We were greeted at the airport and driven to the centre of Marrakech. The hotel is right in the heart of the old city but still feels secluded and safe. It's a short walk out to Jamaa El-Fna and there are loads of places to eat and drink. It's strange not having a key to the hotel but the system...

“Stayed in rose des sables room which is on the ground floor which was perfectly fine for us only downside is that there aren't any windows to open to get some fresh air. All other rooms are on the first floor which have a window to get some fresh air in which is a bonus.”
