Marrakech is a magical place with its souks, alleys, mosques, food, dance....and its' very own scent! This is not a city where you would want to stay at a Hilton or a St Regis even if there was one around. This is a city with hundreds of small hotels or riads, and this Riad Kheirridine is undoubtedly the best! It is not wonder that they have consistently won so many accolades and publicity. The property is very small and hat adds to the experience, they probably have more staff on property at any one time, than there are guests! The rooms were luxuriously decorated and had a very traditional Arabian feel. The food is always a-la-carte and freshly prepared. You get constant supply of fresh orange juice and Moroccan tea, laundry being done for you, room being service not once but at least twice a day! Most importantly, you have a team of staff headed by manager Elena, who are beyond fantastic in their service delivery. They treat every guest like a friend, not a number! You get a mobile phone to take with you every day and you can even tether data to your personal phones. You don't have to ever feel lost because all you needed to do is text them your location and help will be on the way! We cannot thank Elena and her team enough for making our trip so memorable. We didn't want to leave and now we cannot wait to return!

Just like so many others I don't even know where to start. Maybe it's from the moment you walk through the front door when you are greeted with a cool towel, a cup of tea and a smile that instantly tells you that you made the right decision. I was leery when I first booked the reservation because they require a 50% deposit and you have to wire the funds. Even my bank was suspicious...DON'T BE! It's legit and this place is the real deal, they will walk you through the wire transfer process. From the moment I booked my trip I was in constant contact with Elena. She wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our trip and even made some reservations for us ahead of time.
Every room at this Riad has a different authentic Moroccan decor and unique fragrance! Ours was Ambre which is a smaller room but was perfect for the two of us. The property is beautifully maintained and decorated.
Breakfast and airport transportation was included in our rate which was great. The breakfast is two courses, first course is fresh fruit, delicious pastries (the selection changes daily), coffee, tea, water, juice. The second course is chosen from the menu and custom made to order. Everything that you order from the menu can be customized and they will go above and beyond to make sure you love your meal. Once the waiter noticed that I had not eaten my salmon. He must have said something to the chef because he came out to talk to me about my preferences. He was truly concerned that I have a meal that was prepared just the way I liked it. We had dinner here about 3 times, the food was great and the prices are more than reasonable. You are able to have your food served anywhere in the Riad at no additional charge. We ate in the restaurant, on the terrace and once in the room. I also saw a couple dining in the open courtyard.
They were extremely helpful in helping us arrange different excursions. We did a walking tour and had the most amazing guide and the most unbelievably authentic experience while another couple booked on their own to save money and had a very "touristy" experience. They also provided great recommendations for nightly entertainment and always secured a trustworthy taxi driver that communicate directly with the Riad. We felt completely safe the entire time and that says a lot because I can be a bit jumpy.
Our package included a couples massage and it was so good we scheduled a second one...and the prices were more than reasonable.
They only have a few rooms, less than 15 so it's a very intimate experience and perfect for romance. Having said that they do fill up quick so don't wait!
Housekeeping was impeccable and the service from the ladies in the office was fantastic. They have set the customer service bar very high, it will be difficult to top this experience.
If you want to be pampered beyond belief while enjoying an authentic experience this is the place to stay. I simply can't thank them enough for making our 20 year celebration one that we will never forget.

Me and my mother spent seven nights at wonderful Riad Kheirredine and we couldn't have been more satisfied of our stay. The location is perfect, inside the Medina but not too close to the noisy souks. With a pleasant short walk you can reach Jamaa El Fna, the heart of the Media, and if you feel shy in front of the maze that the Medina is, a member of the staff will be always ready to walk you there. On top of that they give you a mobile that you can use to move around or to get in touch with them in case you get lost.
The Riad is beautifully decorated by local artisans and this makes it even more magical. There are two swimming pools and the roof terrace has the most incredible view: you can see the Atlas range and hear the Muezzin call while your are having you delicious breakfast or relaxing on a sofa.
Laundry service is included and you can sip fresh orange juice and coffee whenever you like.
Last but not least the staff is always ready to help, Sara tailored our stay according to our needs, booking spa treatments and day trips in a very efficient way. Not only Sara but everyone was always ready for a word, kind and friendly. Even the chef, that we tormented asking for all sort of recipes after every meal, was always happy to share his secrets with us.
Definitely the place where I'll stay my next time in Marrakech, actually we will probably go back to Marrakech for the pleasure of another stay at Riad Kheirredine :)

We booked directly with this hotel...four nights gives you an automatic offer of private transfers to and from the airport, which was well executed and appreciated. The rooms are beautiful and each is unique, with the bonus of two dining options (courtyard restaurant on the ground floor and a roof top terrace, and three lounge ares looking onto an internal courtyard. There are two pools, one on the roof top, and another within an enclosed courtyard on the ground floor. The Riad provides huge towels and sun hats in both areas.

We liked the free mobile phone to call for escort/ hotel staff guide back to the Riad from the edge of the Medina, and it came loaded with map apps which ws useful. For the nervous, it would allow you to leave your own phone safely back at the Riad.

We can highly recommend the spa: the hamman and massage packages are very good value. Do book in advance.

One of the best place I’ve stayed at hands down. From communication with bookings till check out. They have a clear communication and instructions by the time you arrived at the airport/parking lot. Upon check in they were warm and took time to explain and tour you around the Riad, gave recommendations and tips on what to do and not do in the area. They also give you a mobile phone with data to use with maps and calling them in case you get into some problems or troubles ( glad I didn’t have to use it). There’s also an option to have someone escort you out and back to the riad if you are not comfortable walking by yourself to the neighborhood. The location of the Riad is just outside the souks, you have to maze around the area to get back to your place which can be intimidating to others but I say its part of the experience. I used the companion once on the way back from a restaurant one evening. My room was well equipped with what I needed like water, fruits and toiletries. They have free beverages during your stay which is always a good thing. Also free is the laundry!!! I can’t believe it but it was a great touch especially if you are traveling for a long time it saves you time and money for extra luggage you have to bring. They have a turn down service as well.

Food is also delicious inside the Riad, breakfast comes with it and they have a kitchen that’s pretty much open for you during you entire stay. Definitely have the full blown dinner on your fisrt night.

Pools. Bar. Snacks. Ambiance. They have it.

Above all the service, the staff is impeccable. Above and beyond all the time. I am not used to places that treats you like a prince or a VIP but also in a friendly and familiar way. They check on you all the time and offers assistance if you need. I cant highly recommended and praise the staff of this Riad, they are really the treasure of this place. Im not going to specify names but all of you made my Moroccan experience unforgettable also with the surprise early birthday treat. :)

Hope to all see you guys again.

Only thing I would recommend is to switch all one time use toiletries to a more earth friendly containers or have a multi use bodywash/shampoo in all the rooms.

Last January me and my mother spent a very relaxing and comfortable week in this lovely Riad and we enjoyed it very much! It's been an unforgettable treat that we'll definitely repeat as soon as possible!
All members of the staff are really kind, friendly and always ready to help.
They provide a very efficient pick up and drop off service from and to the airport that comes really handy, especially when your flight lands at midnight.
The Riad is in the heart of the Medina, but it is very peaceful and quiet, the perfect place where to relax after a walk in vibrant Medina.
Being in the heart of a maze of little streets, there will always be a member of the staff ready to take you closer to Jama El f’na square and walk you back to the Riad without getting lost. For the same reason they provide you a mobile phone with a local sim card that you are free to use to get in touch with the Riad in case you get lost or need any sort of tip while you are exploring the town.
The restaurant serves the most delicious both Moroccan and European food. Breakfast is probably the best part, especially if you have it on the roof terrace with an incredible view of Marrakesh framed by the Atlas Mountains in the distance and the singing of the muezzin as a soundtrack.
We really appreciated the free laundry service provided and the possibility to drink as much fresh orange juices and coffe as you like any time of the day. And by the way the orange juice is delicious!
Definitely an unforgettable holiday that I recommend with no hesitations! You should stay here whenever you visit Marrakesh.

This riad has the most courteous staff we have ever seen! Everyone was polite and went out of way to help, especially Elena, Siham and Sara. We had booked some early morning tours, but the riad arranged early breakfast for us even at 6:30! On our way back there was a change in COVID test requirement, Elena called TAP Portugal Airline and stayed online for hours on our behalf to find out the right information. Complimentary laundry service was provided, and anything we need such as coffee and supplies they would deliver to our room right away.

The food was fabulous in the riad, better and cheaper than most gourmet restaurants in Marrakesh. We ended up eating almost every night on rooftop (nice view) in the riad. The staff followed COVID protocol well. Room was clean with twice a day housekeeping service. This was by far the best accommodation we have had in our trips to many countries and places!

Riad Kherridine is a hidden gem and the best place to stay in all of marrakech.

We were given the warmest of welcomes with a mint tea and figs with apricots as we checked in. Amazingly you get a free mobile phone that you can take with you during your stay - handy for maps and we even booked a dinner using the WhatsApp whilst we were out and about.

Everyone who works there is kind and friendly - thank you! The front desk, table service, cleaners, laundry staff (with free laundry everyday), bar staff and the guys who walk you to and from the taxis are all great people.

The meals are really good too. We had one dinner in the restaurant downstairs and one on the roof which has great views and lots of space. The breakfast is wonderful with two courses and lots of orange juice and teas/coffee.

The building consists of three courtyards each with a different feel. Amazingly it feels silent inside compared with the busy streets not far away (streets around the riad itself are quiet). There is also a wonderful smell in all the public areas and the room. Our room was the Saffran room, it was perfect for us and had its own sofa and fruit bowl plus a mini bar with soft drinks and plenty of water. The shower products are very good too.

If you are looking for a place to stay I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place - it’s magic!

I cannot put into words how remarkable this Riad is. Tucked away within the maze of the streets of the Medina, you can't quite believe the luxury and beauty which is hidden behind a door you would otherwise walk straight past. The Riad Kheirredine is a hidden gem in the heart of Marrakech and after my stay there I just want to tell everybody I know to book in!

You are greeted by a host of friendly and welcoming staff who cannot do enough for you. From your laundry to your breakfast order, everything is personalised and done with a smile. The staff make you feel that nothing at all is too much trouble.

I stayed in one of the cheapest rooms and in any other hotel it would be considered the presidential suit. Everything from the aroma to the décor to the facilities was just stunning. Fresh linen, toiletries and towels were laid out each day, and each day upon return to the room it looked brand new. We were also provided with fresh fruit, baked goods and water everyday.

The food was second to none. Our traditional Moroccan dinner was bursting with flavour and the food just did not stop coming. The breakfasts were the highlight though: warm pancakes, freshly squeezed juice and freshly baked pastries were laid out for us each morning. And the staff were happy to bring out extras of whatever we wanted.

Finally, the staff helped us throughout our entire stay, not just the mornings and evenings. Whether it was organising taxis, recommending excursions or picking us up when we had got lost in the souks, the staff were only a phone call away and happy to assist whenever needed.

I really cannot recommend this wonderful Riad enough, if you're thinking about booking, please, stop thinking and just book. I can guarantee you will not regret it.

So, we are still here on day 2 of our stay at Riad Kheirredine, but I just couldn’t wait till we got back home to write this review.
This place has exceeded all my expectations, I’d read the previous reviews and was expecting a certain level of service, but so far the service we have had here is way beyond what I was expecting, the staff here truly make you feel special.
From Asma and Elena, and the other reception staff, to all the guys that walk us to the taxi point, and all the ladies that clean the rooms, they are all just fantastic, I’ve stayed in 6 star hotels, but never received this level of service. A typical example, we forgot our toothbrushes at the airport hotel, I went down this morning and asked if we could get a couple sent up to the room, unfortunately it was not something this hotel routinely stocks, so I thought nothing of it, however when we returned to our suite later in the afternoon, they had bought 2 toothbrushes for us and placed them in our room. Now that’s the sort of attention to detail, you only get from an exceptional hotel like this.
The Riad itself is beautiful, a prefect mixture of old and new, the roof terrace is a wonderful place to sit relax and watch the sun set or sip on the endless supply of free Morocoo green tea or fresh juice, and there are plenty of rooms with different themes to just sit in and chill. We are in the Povoir suite, which located on the roof level, it’s one of the most private, and right next to the roof top pool, beautifully furnished, the suites have no TV’s, but the Riad has great quality free High speed WiFi, so if you feel the urge to watch YouTube, you won’t have any issues. Breakfast was lovely too, haven’t tried all the facilities yet including the Spa, so will update this review at the end of our holiday
Thank you and well done Riad Kheirredine for a wonderful time so far.
