We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The French owners were ever so friendly, using hand gestures to help us understand everything as we don't speak French. They suggested a beautiful hike which we really enjoyed! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and the location beside the river superb and tranquil. Oh and the breakfast was...

We had a wonderful stay here! Martine is a very sweet and accomodating host, giving you good advice and helping you to plan your trip in the area. Ourika Valley is very touristy, but she can point you to the good spots. Her own guesthouse is in a very quiet place (far away though), with wonderful river and mountain view.

It was unfortunate that I had already booked my next destination, because I would have extended my stay. It felt like a relaxation refuge. Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping, the winds rustling the leaves in trees, and the river flowing feels like a breath of fresh air after visiting somewhere busy and hot like Marrakech. Added to...

This is a lovely and beautifully decorated hotel at the edge of a river. Our hosts Martine and Poulou made us feel very welcome. Poulou cooked us some amazing meals and Martine was very helpful in suggesting and then organising amazing trips to the Ourika valley. This is a place that you will remember for being special. We enjoyed our...

Thanks again to Martine, Poulou and Ibrahim for this great adventure and for organizing this 3 days Trekking through the Ourika valley up to the foot of the Toubkal (next time we will do the Toubkal this is for sure!); we discovered beautiful landscapes and people. And as always the stay at eau bord de l'eau and cooking of Poulou...

I can't say enough good things about this adorable little place in Seti Fatima. The rooms are very simple, but they are lovely and are right along the river with beautiful mountain views. It's also an incredible deal considering you get gourmet French cuisine! Seriously, the food was AMAZING!!! By far the best food we had in Morocco. However, what...

Not only were Poulou and Martine excellent hosts in a beautiful environment as testified by the reviews of other travellers, they also went beyond the call of duty by helping us in so many ways simply because they have an openness of mind and generosity of spirit. They were amongst the first Europeans to settle in this part of the...

We spent 3 days in Marrakech, which we loved, and a couple of days in Essaouira, until we found this paradise just 45 minutes south of Marrakech. The sound of the river, the birds, and monkeys on the hills on the other side of the river... makes for a perfect getaway. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and very spacious. Martine...

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay, Poulou cooked us delicious meals and Martine couldn't do enough to help us. On our first evening we were very tired and Martine very kindly offered to serve us dinner on our own so we could relax and soak it all in. Lunch in the garden was delightful - the garden runs...
