I had a lovely time at Riad Helen. Maxime and Mario were the perfect hosts and Riad Helen was the perfect retreat to return to after a day exploring the sights of Marrakech. Fish tagine on the rooftop was a highlight.

Very nice hosts! We had a wonderful time, great breakfasts, and were taken care of very well by Mario and Maxime. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely return. The location is also great because it's centrally located (in the medina) but not in a noisy area. It was very quiet at night. We were able to walk... More

Great continental breakfast and service. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The Jamaa El Fna is about a 10 minute walk. Several excellent restaurants are also nearby. The decor is Moroccan. The Koutoubia Mosque is also about a 10 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Riad Helen lived up to all the 5 star reviews. Maxime and Mario were great hosts helping us by getting train tickets, organising tours and telling us the best places to shop and eat. We loved Fatiha's cooking and ate dinner there twice, sitting on the terrace with candles and quiet music. Fatiha's breakfast were excellent, not just the usual bread... More

My husband and I have traveled quite a bit and Riad Helen stands out as one of the best experiences we've had. Mario and Maxime were incredibly kind and helpful. My luggage was delayed and they happily made calls to check on status. Fhatia's breakfast was so delicious and filling - we were there for 4 days and never grabbed... More

Riad Helen is an excellent choice if you're staying in Marrakech. Maxime and Mario couldn't have been more helpful. Our flight from the states was cancelled causing us to arrive a day late.
