During our one-week-holiday in Morocco, we spent 4 nights at Le Marocain. We were absolutely charmed by the beautifully crafted interior as well as the owner's friendliness and helpful attitude. Le Marocain is only a 15 minute walk away from Jemaa-el-Fna, however, this is far enough to escape the crowds in the city center after a long day of visiting...

If you like being in the middle of everything this is defiantly the Riad for you, you'll be at one with the locals. Hussein is lovely!! He comes and picks you up takes you back to cab or transfer and is around to help anytime. He also helps serve breakfast and gives you a map and Moroccan tea on arrival....

Good location-in Medina but not in the heart of it. Easy to find if you go from Jemma el Fna square. Rooms are clean and tidy, air condition is available. At the roof here is a great terrace to relax at evening and to have tan midday. Wifi is available by request. Hairdryer is in every room. Breakfast is full...

Simply cannot understand some of the lesser reviews of this wonderful establishment. 5 star s all round from Hassan and his ceaseless efforts to assist you and his pleasant and professional colleagues. I am not an extensive traveller and have never been outside Europe so a traditional Moroccan experience could have been daunting. Arriving off a plane and meeting the...

We were warmly welcomed by the riad and helped out in many small ways, like printing out our boarding passes. The room was nice, but the bathroom was awful: there was a very strong smell of sewer, there was mould on the walls and there was no handle to set the shower head. The smell was worst of course, and...

We went to Marrakech for four nights and we stayed in this Riad. The staff very friendly, helpful, very clean. Good breakfast. I have had a good impression and for sure if I come back, I will go there.

My husband and I and a friend have just returned from a five day visit to Marrakech where we stayed in Riad Le Marocain. It is in the old quarter near the the palaces and main square. Hassan the manager, Ahmed, Karima and Arabia are simply the most welcoming, helpful people you could chose to meet. The Riad is clean...

Riads are not really hotels; they are more like rooming houses - usually in old family homes. This place can be hard to find, but we were lucky enough to snag a cab driver who knew the way and a local boy who could take us down the twists and turns of the alleys to get there. The windows in...

We stayed at this riad for a week. Very nice for the price we payed! Very close to all touristic spots in Medina, clean, with good and abundant breakfast. I highly suggest to ask them to pick you you at the airport because the Riad is not easy to find first time....

A nice place to stay but not sure if I would stay there again. There was two of us staying here - two woman and I think the worst thing for us was leaving the Riad and walking to the main town. We were covered but still received a lot of attention and on one evening it pretty much made...
