Edwina's riad is both elegant and comfortable - you immediately feel very much at home. Apart from being a beautiful place to stay it is situated right in the medina so you can easily walk to the square and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of old Marrakech. At relatively short notice, Edwina cooked our group a delicious tapas dinner -...

Big thanks to Edwina for a great day's cooking. Authentic food, friendly company and lots of tips and tricks for back home. Low key, local operation is very laid back - visit to the local markets very eye opening and a great feature. Food cooked and recipes delicious!

Thank you all for coming to cook for the day, it was 'super do' having you stand around the table, preparing a wonderful lunch which I know, you are having fun repeating at home! Cheers, Edwina

An adventure to a wonderful country full of friendly people. Edwinas Riad is stunning, restful and elegant. Our cooking classes fun and enlightening not forgetting shopping for our ingredients in the market trying out our Arabic. The road trip marvelous but tiring at times. We were privileged to visit outside the usual tourist route. Two extra days would be good.

Dear Judy, Thank you for the suggestion of adding two more nights! Of course that has meant I have added four just to make totally sure the fabulous stays utterly and firmly, in tact! Hope you are full of the joy of chrissy and that some of the dishes learned here, graced most of your table. Thank you both for...

A relaxed home stay riad in the heart of the medina, very good Moroccan cooking lessons. Excursions into the country side with opportunities to meet local Moroccans, camel riding and overnight stay in the Sahara. Carpet buying opportunities. Interesting and attractive overnight stays on excursions. A little more free time needed to visit gardens, galleries and palaces, but this could...

The House of Fusion is a wonderful, colourful reflection of its owner the gorgeous Edwina. The riad, in the heart of old Marrakech, has been beautifully renovated . The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable with personal touches. The riad abounds with art work and zany collectables. Our road trip with Edwina through Morocco was an adventure to non tourist...

Dear Sue, I am so glad you loved absolutely everything and I hope that David is filling the air with cumin and ras el hannut and that you tajine at least once a week! We wandered into the house, intrigued by the name, did a Hello is anyone home and stumbled into a wonderful experience. Edwina the owner is a gem. We left the crummy Riad Dar More we had paid for and had a wonderful experience. Cooking classes and a wonderful guide to Morocco. Rooms were comfortable and food was diving.

We were actually prepaid in the Riad Dar More which was incredibly "unmotivated" in all ways. We went past House of Fusion for two days and then found it open. After meeting Edwina, we moved in for our last three days and it was fabulous, even knowing we'd left a prepaid riad nearby. When I return, we'll be at House...

We were staying down the road and walked past the House of Fusion each day and when we looked online were delighted that Edwina provided cooking courses.
