Excellent everything - location, staff, breakfasts, hammam, wi-fi. I travel a lot and this one of the best places I stayed in. Tea and sweets on arrival were really pleasant. Very informative and helpful staff. Great rooms and indoor area.

We stayed for two nights and it was brilliant. We were immediately welcomed with tea and felt at ease by the exceptional staff. The riad is in a really good location, far enough for the main square it was quiet however very close to where everything is in the medina. My bank card was eaten by an ATM by the...

First of all the Bab Doukkala neighborhood is the place where you have to stay in Marrakech. Although is inside the Medina is a quite calm area. You can easily access the Riad (not in an obscure derb) and you fell completely safe even at night. The Riad itself is an hidden gem!!! All staff very attentive and nice. Delicious...

This riad is our last stay in Morocco. The car service arranged by the riad is costly and an alternate way may be better. The riad is very modern and very sophisticated. Upon arrival at the hotel, Adil brought us a towel and mint tea to refresh ourselves. We ate our dinner there, too. The menu is limited but the...

We stayed at the Riad Shanima for three nights and enjoyed every minute we spent there. From the moment we were welcome through the door with a smile by the lovely, friendly and helpful Adil (who we nicknamed "La Star de Shanima") we were conquered. The riad is extremely clean, spacious, light, beautifully decorated, comfortable, tranquil.... It is situated about...

We first booked this place online a few weeks prior to arriving. We were staying in the Room Figurier. We were three adults travelling so they put in an additional bed in the room. We arrived in the afternoon and were pleasantly greeted by the staff with some mint tea and sweets. The staff was very sincere and helped us...

Riad Shanima is a beautiful riad in the Northern part of the Médina. We stayed in Riad Shanima in March for around a week because of a coincidence: My wife and me chose another Riad but it closed so that we could not stay there. This coincidence was the best thing that could have happened! The whole time we really...
