This is a nice big hotel, opposite the train station in the richer westernised part of the city. You can access restaurants around the hotel. Some banks and money exchanges, cafes, mcdonalds, kfc around the train station. The big swimming pool looks awesome. The rooms are nice. The staff are friendly. WiFi is excellent in the reception areas, and decent...

Nice hotel with good facilities that is very close to a relaxed shopping dinning area. We stayed here for a week and found that it was very nice to be able to escape the hustle and bustle of the old town in the evenings (also many places around here sell alcohol). All the staff were very nice, pool was great,...

We had great holiday with the family, good location and cheap to get around. If you need a taxi ask Suliman he is one of the guards, great guy very helpful. Also the ladies at reception were very welcoming. Rooms were very clean quite noisy on the weekend as it's on the main road. Great break and great hotel.

Don't be fooled by the star ratings. A four star in Marrakech is not a four star in London, however having said that the Red Hotel does give good value for money. It forms part of a group of restaurants all of which share the lovely pool area, found in a quadrangle in the middle of them. Though our room...

We were on a Collette tour of Morocco and the Opera Plaza Hotel was to be our hotel for the last three days of the trip. Per Collette, one week prior to the beginning of our trip, we were downgraded to the Red Hotel due to Copa 2016 coming to Marrakesch. We were advised that there was no difference as...

I have given this hotel 1 star primarily because of the facilities and rules they have in place. Please note the staff are extremely friendly especially the doorman and reception lady. The doorman was always smiling and shaking our hands very welcoming, he even arranged taxi for us to the square for 20 dirhams which was the actual price for...

We stayed there because we arrived by bus and had to leave by train the next day. As we had already been to Marrakech and stayed near Jema El Fna, it made sense to stay at the Red Hotel. It's clean, had a great pool (we were there in November so it was a little cold, but still very nice)....

When we had to go to the airport very early the next morning, they kindly packed up a nice breakfast for us to take the next day. (We asked at breakfast the day before.)
