I would definitely come back to stay here ! Because its in the centre of markets, food places, and very cheap to stay. I went for a school trip so we had to organise everything food , accommodation and travel also hotel staff spoke a little bit of English which helped a lot but i would advise to speak a...

I originally stayed at a riad (guesthouse) in Marrakech but found that it's no good, so I just walked in the Hotel Ali the next day for a room for 4 persons and it's 500DH including breakfast. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the Djemaa el-Fna Square. The room is big and clean but the...

I've had many memorable times at this hotel both solo and with other like minded travellers. The private rooms are perfectly fine and there are quiet internal rooms for those who want to be away from the outside noise. The dorms are a little basic however they are a great place to meet other travellers - and I've met some...

I went with a group of friends here for a few nights before summiting a mountan. We had excess luggage with us and we were allowed to keep our things there for the time we were gone. The rooms were comfotable and the people were lovely. The location couldnt be any better as there were many resturants around and the...

The location is the best thing about Ali — the street is wide and with a lot of people ( I would not feel so happy to be in one of the tiny streets from marrakech). The price is also very nice and the breakfast was nice too (bread, croissants, crepes, fresh orange juice and coffee or tea). I don't...

Excellent price for where located. Just off main square near to main bus station as well. Rooms adequate however ventilation not great in my room. Great roof top terrace where you can see all the entertainment of the square without the hassle.

I have been a customer of hotel Ali since the early 90s but although it has been refurbished since then the hotel has slid down hill. The rooms can be clean but I would advise seeing a few before you make a decision. If you are travelling alone don't take a single room on the stair well as you won't...

After returning from a trip out to the desert my family and I stayed here - we initially were planning for 2 nights but then changed after the first night. The beds were saggy and the sheets were old (hopefully clean?). The walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone coming and going. Worst of all, it seems that...

This was my second time at the hotel Ali. I stayed with my wife a couple of years ago and the receptionist remembered us and gave me a small discount. Ok , it's not a Hilton so don't expect five star but for the location it has to be the best bang for buck in Marrakech . It is just...

I stayed here twice now. Once October 2015 and once in 2004. The first time was better but it still has a great location and nice rooms. The staff are very friendly but they sold us the worst excursion I have ever been on. Also, the cleaning staff took our towels and did not replace them and when I asked...
