It is impossible to exaggerate the pleasures of staying at this small, intimate boutique hotel in a former Riad just 5 min. walk from Jemaa-el-Fna Square. Once owned by a well known French architect, it retains many fine pieces of antique furniture and is splendidly decorated (see the pictures on their website). The setting is perfect but it is the...

Riad Kaiss is built around a large, lovely, central courtyard and garden. It has been elegantly restored to its former splendor and is furnished with many antiques. The room we had was large, light, and well appointed, and it is my impression that the other rooms--I believe there are a total of 11--are similarly comfortable and tasteful. In addition to...

Absolutely perfect. The Manager could not have been more hospitable. Rooms clean, fresh and of a traditional Moroccan style. Perfect location in the old town and within 5 mins walk of the main square. On arrival we were greeted like old friends. Mint tea and cake were served while we were checked in. If you truly want to explore and...

very romantic and beautiful riad in the middle of the Medina/old town. With it's nine rooms spread out over the large riad it never feels crowded, one always finds a quiet spot to relax on one's own. It is beautifully decorated, definitely as beautiful as the pics on the homepage. The staff is perfect, always waiting to spoil and hamper...

My husband and I have just returned from a spectacular 5 day holiday in Marrakech and our stay at Riad Kaiss was a true highlight. From our arrival to our departure and every minute in between, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The facilities are beautiful, rooms...

Unfortunately we only stayed one night at Riad Kaiss but it was enough to experience their absolutely top notch customer service!!! We were picked up from our taxi by the very smiley bellboy who lead us to the riad and so glad he did. Then we were met by the super friendly Valentina who sat us down in the incredible...

This was such a beautiful, elegant hotel with the most amazing service. Every part of the riad was beautiful, from the garden/courtyard to the fountains to the mosaic architecture to the flowers to the terrace. I could not stop taking photos every day since it was so beautiful. The service was also amazing, Valentina and the staff were helpful and...

Riad Kaiss is one of the most beautiful things we saw in Morocco- the photos do not do it justice. The rooms, the terraces, the inner courtyards, the entire hotel was so beautiful, elegant, and charming, and even the entire hotel smelled delicious, of flowers. From the second we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with complementary mint tea and Moroccan...

My husband and I recently spent three nights at Riad Kaiss, the best place we stayed during our 11-day trip to Morocco. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were well-prepared and tasteful. The riad is beautifully designed. It is centrally located -- only a 5-minute walk to the main square. We highly recommend Riad Kaiss....

It is not your bog standard hotel and it is full of character and authenticity, inside the Medina. The staff do their absolute utmost to provide a great service; we were very impressed by how professional, helpful and customer-focused they were. A slight inconvenience was the occasional slow breakfast service but Valentina assured us that this will be fixed. All...

“the classic rooms are rather on the small side, though historically to be understood since this riad is at least 150 years old. If you have any money to spare I would choose one of the larger rooms.”
