My booking made via booking.com when I arrived to hotel, the first think I have noticed is the street even in city centre but was too noisy. During check-in time, the receptionist unwelcomed me even just a smile which it is free of charge, hehehe....More

I would give this hotel a 2 star rating. Needs a good bit of money spent on painting dirty walls and chipped wooden furniture. Could do with new bedding. Not sure that the throw is changed with every guest. Bathroom is not cleaned with products...More

Marrakech is not the ideal holiday location for young children. There is a water park outside the city, but I've not visited it. There is nothing in this hotel for kids and if you read my post about it you'll know why I wouldn't recommend it at all. There are large hotels with pools etc outside the medina and some beyond the city's borders. They will probably run shuttle buses to town. Of course it depends on the age of your children and what you want for them. Just don't book the imperial holiday!
