From the moment we stepped into the hotel we had no welcoming, staff were very rude. Both rooms were dirty, hairdryer had smoke coming out of it! Shower hose was just a rubber with the metal coming apart. It was cold and the heating did not work, the remote had leaking batteries. We complained and it was all fixed. No...

This is my second visit to marrakesh and first to this hotel. We went for 9 days on half board basis. For what I paid I can't complain. The food was a let down. Breakfast same every morning with no mineral water provided. The dinner was ok but we chose to eat out a lot. Some nights it was the...

The staff their were very welcoming and friendly as soon as we reached the hotel. Its very clean and tidy. However, the bad out weighs the good. All six of us had food poisoning, they use the same food they give for breakfast for lunch and dinner and have very limited selection. They charge extra for drinks and the food...

Basic hotel, air con in room and staff are friendly. Theyre very strict about you buying food from outside - you have to buy it from them. I paid £2.50 for a can of coke!!! Ridiculous. Food is absolutely disgusting I recommend you go out. 2 pools that are nice. Wifi ONLY in the lobby they dont make that clear...

Spent week 1 of our 2 week Morocco holiday at Meriem. The best bits: - had the pools more or less to ourselves so kids were happy - good size family room with huge balcony (although the extractor fan for the air con unit made it quite difficult to spend too much time there with the hot wind. But it...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean. Nice staff. Check out the rooftop, It's not sign posted so nobody goes there. Beautiful to watch the stars over the dessert at night. Basic breakfast but good enough for us. Enquire about free hammam there as you get it if you stay min 3 nights, but it's not well...

We arrived at the hotel and were asked to sit for a while whilst our rooms were checked. We sat for about twenty minutes which could have been annoying but for the lovely welcome tea and biscuits we were served for free! Our first room was big and airy, but a twin. I phoned down to reception and they moved...

Positive - it is clean, it is pretty good located and the lobby has nice design. Now to the negatives .... Starting with the elevator - there is only one and very slow. Be prepared to wait a long time. Service is also very slow. If you need something in the room be prepared to call several times before they...
