Hotel is very clean great central location no way to get even a water in the evening 90%of the staff were very helpful pool only gets sun for a few hours a day didn't even try the food because breakfast was terrible but why I only gave it two stars is because it's impossible to get a good nights sleep...

Would not recommend this hotel. It's located in a noisy neighbourhood, the room is clean but old, the shower was cold, although we heard from other guests that theirs was oké. We had a buffet dinner which was good. Staff, as they are everywhere in Morocco, are efficient and friendly.

We visited this hotel in February 2k17. Excited about our girls holiday it quickly turned into a depressing start as soon as we arrived at the hotel. No one helped with our luggage, we were given a room at the back of the hotel with a disgusting view of an alley way and facing residential gardens... The room was smelling...

For clarity and ease, I will divide this review into 2 parts. 1. Food – Oh where to begin. Before going to Morocco, we saw several reviews about Meriem Hotel where the common theme was ‘atrocious’ food. We made the mistake of not acknowledging that and paid for it big time during our stay. As we had paid half-board, we...

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we had no welcoming, staff were very rude. Both rooms were dirty, hairdryer had smoke coming out of it! Shower hose was just a rubber with the metal coming apart. It was cold and the heating did not work, the remote had leaking batteries. We complained and it was all fixed. No...

This is my second visit to marrakesh and first to this hotel. We went for 9 days on half board basis. For what I paid I can't complain. The food was a let down. Breakfast same every morning with no mineral water provided. The dinner was ok but we chose to eat out a lot. Some nights it was the...
