Riad 72 is a romantic retreat that mixes the best of modern Moroccan craftsmanship with contemporary Moroccan design. It has its own private hammam and, thanks to its lushly planted patio, fountain and water features, songbirds are often found here serenading the guests. The terrace is one of the highest of the medina. It offers incomparable views over the old city and onto the majestic Atlas mountains: ideal for soaking up the sun or a sunset aperitif.

unexpexpected impeccable service. the building itself is pure luxury, and the restaurant was the best we visited the entire 10 day trip around Morocco. the staff is very helpful and certainly made a group of "fish out of water" Americans feel at home

We spent an enjoyable week at Riad 72, which is in a great location for accessing the Medina as well as Gueliz. We took a few taxis (do try and agree a price before you travel) though found we could walk to all the main sites as well as some great restaurants in the Gueliz area.

Everything was perfect. We had some health issues with one of the member of the family and they were super helpful. Stefanía is just great. The food is excellent and the place is so beautiful We’ll come back for sure.

How much is the airport transfer? Thank you!

Can you tell me the approx price for a 1 hour massage here? Do they do 'in-room'?
Yes!! I had a 1 hr full body massage at around £34. I believe you can arrange an "in room" set up but it is really wonderful in the room I had mine. The Riad 72 has a dedicated relaxation room for both Hammam and Massage, it was an entirely just myself and the professional masseuse.
