It is a lovely place to stay. Very relaxing and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. A special thank you for Yasin, Mustafa and Abdul and the girls who were serving us breakfast every morning. There is a lovely smell throughout the hotel thnaks to special essential oils. My wife booked for the end of July on the recommendation of a colleague who has stayed here 3 times, which is a recommendation in itself.I traveled with my wife and 2 daughters 19 & 13. When the taxi ( booked thru' the hotel) turned off the road and headed off into the desert I thought, 'What is going on?'....

Its off the beaten track and the shuttles arranged to get you into the heart of the Medina is really helpful. As a lone traveller, I really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was so helpful and kind. My room was lovely with someone coming everyday to clean and make the bed. Samira, Anwar and Mustapha thank you for your hospitality...

Visited the Kasbah first week of October 2015 with my friend Catherine. What a lovely find! Remote yes: set in a typical Morrocan village- wow did we appreciate that, we were shown around by one of the team from the hotel. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean with new towels replaced daily and linen changed regularly. The staff could not...

minutes to the Kasbah. Last 15 minutes are through rough ‘desert’ terrain and it was already an adventure. Once we arrived, the staff was very friendly and will help u with all questions or excursions. The hotel offers a lot to do in the environment (dromedary/quad rides, walking) and also offers a free shuttle service (30minutes) to Marrakesh twice a...

Absolutely beautiful. Perfect in every way. Yassine and Mustafa are some of the loveliest people I have ever met. Yusef was so interesting and taught us about Moroccan culture. I miss being there. So wonderful. This hotel is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Thank you. Francesca

we were there for three nights and were disappointed from the hotel. the price/quality relation does not fit with the average of other places on marocco. The hotel and rooms were nicely decorated but in our room had a huge spider net, which was quie easy to see(and to remove). The restaurant had very few vegetarian options and all of...

“No real tip for a good room. A general tip for travelling to Morocco though: Take Stirling and exchange it when you are there. The exchnage rate when we travelled was 10.?? at Gatwick and we got 14.?? at the airport in Marrakech and would have got even more if we exchanged over £400.”
